Well, I was lounging around the house this evening and decided to have something to drink.
I started my first drink of the year with heated sake. The sake heater I bought last year worked great 😆.
It has a light ginjo aroma, a clear rush of sweetness and umami, and a refined acidity that makes it crisp and clean 😊.
Delicious, we had a few cubes to go with it ✨.
