So I recommended this one.
Hanagaki's nigori had a sharpness after the umami flavor😍.

The last day of the conference went well and the work of the host conference is over 🎉.
We broke up after 14:00 on Sunday, and went straight to a pub adjacent to the venue for a small launch 🍺.
After drinking beer, highballs, and shochu during the happy hour, we went to a standing bar for sake only 🍶.
I wanted to try Kikuchigawa!
I think this might be my favorite sake from Chiyonen no En 😍.
The sweetness, umami, and bitterness all came together nicely in their own way 😋.
I looked it up and it seems they use Omachi 😁.
I'm an omatist after all!
I was drunk, so I can't be responsible for my opinion of the taste 🤣.
