Sake and Dobrok's Restaurant
At Nishihachi Sake Terrace
From among the sake selections for a small drink course
I tried this one.
I thought it would be a sweet sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a greenish cucumber or melon flavor!
The homemade pickled plums as a snack went well with the sake.
Rinako acid, good evening. ☺️ Nice to meet you. I like to drink sake with pickled plums, don't you? I like to drink it with grilled pickled plums❤️. My son went to Takezono High School, so I felt a kinship with this "Takezonoen" sake.
Thank you for your comment, Mayuko acid 😊.
I didn't know there was such a thing as baked pickled plums! It looks delicious with a savory sour taste. ❤️ It was a high school with the same name! Please try it with your son 🍶.
delicious and lovely sake
Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is firm and delicious, but the mouthfeel is light. It goes in smoothly and has a lingering aftertaste.
I bought it by the bottle for now. But it is a cute and powerful wine made from 100% Omachi rice 🤣.
As the label depicts rice, this sake is made from edible rice called "Sagabiyori.
The sake was created with the hope that people will drink it instead of eating rice.
The use of edible rice "makes the flavor line thinner," so they add koji (malted rice) to the rice to give it a strong flavor.
It is indeed refreshing. It is indeed refreshing and easy to drink.
It is made from sake rice (Yamada Nishiki) that was not graded, so even though it is jungin in production, it is treated as a regular sake.
I tried it with high expectations, but it tasted like it was worth the price.
Drinking at a tavern famous for its squid near Fukuma Station.
Drink cold sake
Clear and colorless
Mild aroma
Mellow flavor in the mouth
Astringency reminiscent of the impression of wood
Unlike other unfiltered raw sake I have had, it is not cloying and does not give the impression of a wild taste.
The lingering aftertaste is long, but not too much of a cloying taste.
It leaves a clean, strong and rich taste on the palate.
A bottle of unfiltered nama sake that shows the variety of sake available.
I had a bottle of raw sake before and it made a good impression with the rice.
A little lukewarm and cold.
It is strong, dry, and delicious, followed by a calm rice flavor.
The alcohol is hot as you swallow.
For some reason, I wanted to order it with gapao (I came here yesterday too!).
It was a good match with the gapao, but it drained off the fat very nicely.
The owner's unique cooking is a pleasure to enjoy.
Monzennakacho Moderately
Purchased at a liquor store.
I saw it online and thought I would buy the jackets because the illustrations were so cute, but I couldn't find a liquor store that sold them. I researched and spent an hour to buy it at a liquor store that sold it lol.
It is a limited edition sake, so it is very rare.
Cold sake.
It has a juicy aroma.
It has the thickness of rice flavor that only Omachi can have, but it also has a slight tropical sweetness. I also felt some tropical sweetness.
The sharpness is moderate. The aftertaste is normal.
It is a taste that one does not get tired of drinking, and can be enjoyed with Japanese dishes, or even on its own.
It can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from beginners to experienced sake drinkers.
The aroma is faintly cucurbitaceous.
A little bitterness in the flavor.
The aftertaste is quite clean and dry.
It is quite different from the soft feeling one gets from the label, but it is delicious.
I wondered if it was empty because of the rain. I came to see if it was empty because of the rain.
I heard the title somewhere and chose it, thinking, "Moe again?
It was not the image of the label at all. It's a serious type.
The mouthfeel is smooth, and after a slight delay, you realize that it is thick.
It has a powerful flavor with a body like Oumachi.
It is a bit fruity, but it is not the pop-like tenderness of the label, but rather the deliciousness of the rice.
The aftertaste is a bit bitter and pungent, like alcohol.
It is good with sea squirt sashimi, but would probably go better with fatty sashimi.
Ueno Uoso
Kawamoku is a sake store in Neyagawa City, Osaka.
I sometimes stop by to buy sake, as there are many brands that I cannot find in other stores. Although they did not have Hanahayo or Shinshu Kamerei, I bought this sake recommended by the master.
It is a sharp dry sake with a light sweetness. It has a refreshing taste. I recommend this sake as a food sake that goes well with shrimp sauce, yakisai, bonito tataki, and any other dishes!
The panda illustration is also cute.
Shota-san konban-ha (´´Thank you very much for your decision)
I love these cute labels!
I've recently learned to drink dry wine, so I'd like to try it when I see it 😊.
