Slightly amber in color, with the umami and astringency of rice🌾.
Even though it is a dry strain, the umami flavor spreads well 👄 in the taste.
Seems to go well with food 🤗.

Yumeshizuku from Kashima terraced rice paddies
75% 15%, 720ml, 1496 yen
I remember that I bought this at a small liquor store in Shinagawa Togoshiginza.
It is a draft sake, but it is juicy with little gas and acidity. Lactic acidity can also be felt. The website describes it as melon-like, and it is. The astringency is a bit strong. It is very drinkable.
It used to be made with wine yeast, but the latest one is probably different.

Yes ‼️‼️
Moe moe delicious😍
Serious review,
Sweet taste like pineapple candy 🍍.
The sourness of the pineapple comes from it 🍍.
And yet it's more firm and sharp than dry!
I like the clear stroke from the light sweetness and umami: ☺️
Hello Mr. Yumachi ‼️‼️
I would like to say that this is an excellent use of Yumachi👍
It is better at room temperature, so everyone should try it after casting a spell ❤️

Good morning, Pon-chan!
The label is moe, so please look for it and say the spell ☺️ This is quite popular and few in number, so if you see it, buy it 🙌
Bamboo Garden Beware of Pandas Summer Nigori Sake
Passing from umami to bitterness.
Summer sake.
It passes from umami to a moderate bitterness.
Good with food.
It is not as spicy as it should be, but the sweetness is moderate for a cloudy sake.
It has a milky mouthfeel that is typical of nigori.
There is a fruity acidity mixed with a fruity flavor.
The green flavor is in harmony with the muddy flavor.
4/5 stars for liking.
