Continued from the other day. A little drink at noon. The label says it is super dry! I was afraid to take it into my mouth. First, I feel the spread of umami. It also has a moderate acidity and a refreshing sharpness! I liked the way it wiped out the oiliness of the tempura.

A complete jacket purchase. Panda and bamboogarden got me. Peach? Pear? The aroma is fresh, like peach or pear, and the taste is soft but juicy sweet. The aroma of alcohol, bitterness, and gaseousness make it crispy, but the sweetness lingers. It is not so dry as to be super dry (=little sweetness), but it is delicious.
