Today I participated in a touring event of the company's bicycle club, also known as a "meeting to appreciate my wheezing voice" 😆. I'm not sure if I'm physically strong or not, but I start wheezing right away. The guy running in front of me was laughing because I was panting so loudly 😆.
I was riding in strong winds, pollen, and a rain storm at the end of the ride, and oh, I remember when I was bike crazy. It was fun (dom 😆).

On February 19, I had a "ladyshine" with my colleagues at work.
We had drinks at "Mingei Shubou Makisui".
Nishinomon Miyamanishiki Series" Junmai Daiginjo Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama-Shu (Miyamanishiki) [Yoshinoya, Nagano].
It has a sweet mouthfeel, but there is a strong sake-like flavor hidden deep inside. It's like an alcohol taste with a strong sourness, similar to the umami and bitterness of rice, which I'm probably not good at... but it's all wrapped up in a gentle sweetness, and the taste of sake is very strong. But I think the gentle sweetness wraps all of them, and harmonizes them without erasing them. That's the full-bodied, sweet and tasty flavor you feel around the middle.
By the time the sweetness fades away, the strong taste in the back fades away softly, and the acidity, which is also refreshing, remains slightly, and the aftertaste goes away sharply.
