This sake was also purchased at the last brewery we visited on our trip to Ueda Nagano.
Actually, at the Winter Nigorinpic, I bought this Orikarami from Yoshinoya who was just in Hanshin Department Store and it was very easy to drink and reasonably priced 😀.
I went to the brewery with a similar image, but when I saw the price, I was a little bit disappointed 🤣.
I asked the brewer about it and he told me that the sake they sell at the brewery and the sake they bring to events are completely separate 😅.
Finally, the one I could afford was this 500ml sake 😀.
The taste is like a slurpy, sloppy, dobrok-like saké with a sparkling finish ❓🤣.
Usually sparkling sake has fine bubbles, but this one was like a big bubble like in the Bozu Jigoku (hell) of Beppu Onsen (hot spring), which is a new sensation for me 🤣.
The taste is very elegant, just like a pure Dai sake 😇.
The gap between the appearance and taste of this sake is very interesting.

When I told the brewer that I bought some sake at the event, he told me that they don't have any sake for the event 🤣.
But the gap between the appearance and the taste was quite interesting 😀.

When I think of sparkling, I imagine bubbles floating like fine lines, but I was surprised at the mass of bubbles that seemed to be popping 🤣.
But I'm sure Nishinomon's is delicious as well😇.
