Nishinomon-san! We stopped by the brewery last year when we went to Zenkoji on our trip to Nagano 🤗but the stuff they sold there was so expensive😅I only bought amazake 🥲Next time we will look for it on our liquor store tour👍.

Founded in the Kan'ei Era, "Zenkoji Gaien Nishinomon Yoshinoya" uses 100% highly polished rice malt, and amazake with an elegant sweetness and clean taste made with 60% polished rice malt that brews ginjo-shu (ginjo sake).
It is rich in ◆glucose, amino acids, and vitamins, and has been enjoyed since the Edo period.

A juicy wine that harmonizes the refreshing acidity of malic acid, which is abundant in white wine, with a beautiful sweetness.

Yoshinoya is located near Zenkoji Temple.
After a tour of the brewery (free of charge), we went for a tasting.
We were allowed to drink a little bit of Nishinomon and all its varieties.
The Nishinomon series
The taste is modern with a sweet taste.
It also has a delicious rice flavor.
The mouthfeel is straight, and it goes down your throat as if it were slipping down your throat.
The aroma is mellow.
Since we were allowed to drink from the end, we compared the Fukuro-tori and the regular one.
The Fukuro-tori is really smooth and fine 😳.
You can tell the difference when you drink them side by side. It was a good experience 😁.

The accompaniment is tamagoyaki.
I stopped by Yoshinoya on my way back from visiting Zenkoji Temple and bought this. It has a strong sweetness from the rice, but is well balanced with a clean aftertaste.
