I'm in the mood for something to drink today.
So, I went to my first brewery, Yoshinoyasan's Nishinomon!
This time it was Miyamanishiki Arabashiri!
So, let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fresh aroma.
In the mouth, sweetness and a little chili.
The soft, tender taste goes well with the sweetness.
The slight bitterness in the back of the sweetness lingers and lingers in the second half.
This is delicious!
Day 3
When I put it in my mouth, I can feel the sweetness and a bit more bitter than the first day.
Although there is sweetness, the mouthfeel is light, so it is not sweet, and the bitter and slightly chili taste flows through very refreshingly!
It is beautiful and delicious today!
The sweet sake soaks into the blurred mind and body, and is blissful!

Nishinomon is a sake brewery that I visited on my recent trip to Nagano, but all of their sake was too expensive for me to afford, so I only bought a small bottle to take home 🤣.
