100% Hachitan-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 60, Alcohol 16%.
I asked at a liquor store for a recommendation of a draft under 2,000 yen, and this was recommended to me.
It has a little sweetness, not too pungent, and a great umami taste.
I want to buy it again next year. 4.5 stars!

The first taste I've ever had. A premium taste.
Almost no sweetness, maybe because it is fermenting stronger, maybe because it is dry, maybe because it is carbonated.
Unfortunately, the next day I felt the taste was less than the same day. Maybe it's a combination with the food.

This is the sake we ordered at the inn in Nara.
I chose this sake because Nara's famous sake was too expensive. It was good because it had a clean taste and did not interfere with the taste of the food. The sweetness is just right.
