Purchased at a brewery recommended as using Toyooka stork rice. They said it was spicy, and indeed it was. Elegant taste and aroma Seems to go well with seafood from the Sea of Japan, like crab.

The first taste I've ever had. A premium taste. Almost no sweetness, maybe because it is fermenting stronger, maybe because it is dry, maybe because it is carbonated. 　Unfortunately, the next day I felt the taste was less than the same day. Maybe it's a combination with the food.

This is the sake we ordered at the inn in Nara. I chose this sake because Nara's famous sake was too expensive. It was good because it had a clean taste and did not interfere with the taste of the food. The sweetness is just right.
