On a trip to Sendai
I like doburoku or cloudy sake (I still don't know the difference), so I ordered it.
It's doburoku, but it's not thick, and has a refreshing fizzy taste. Easy to drink.
It goes well with Chinese food.
Nihonshuya nico Shimama Sake Shop
A Chinese restaurant along Hirose Street where you can drink sake.
The blackboard is the back menu (if you look closely, you will see that it is not on the menu... maybe it was just on the front menu).
I had been looking for a bottle since I watched NHK's "Touji-tachi no Yoru-bun" (Evening Drinks by Touji-tachi), but I couldn't find a distributor, so I ordered it from the brewery!
First, I tasted it at room temperature...
It is indeed a crisp nigori sake with a strong umami flavor. I love Kirinzan's nigori because of its sharpness,
This one is even more sharp and crisp.
I would like to enjoy it warmed or with a soda.
Fourth drink standing
Speaking of cloudy, the dobu of the raw yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast
After the rich rice flavor, this sake has a refreshingly dry taste.
It is actually best served warmed, but on this day we served it cold.
We were drunk, but we were drinking it while saying it was delicious.
-This is the second one I've bought this year
Second bottle purchased this year.
I divided the contents into small bottles.
It's hot, so I added a little soda water and guzzled it down.
Fresh, creamy, dry nigori sake
Lactic acid bacteria that makes your body happy!
I can't get enough of it!
I forgot to take a picture while drinking!
It's as dry as it says it is.
No sweetness at all.
That's good, but no gas.
I miss it.
Personally, I'd give it another try.
I wanted a little more sweetness.
-That's good, isn't it?
This is delicious.
Soft lactic acid bacteria aroma reminiscent of yogurt
Creamy flavor without being too sweet
Vibrancy of raw sake
Ah, spring has come!
