This is the first time I've tasted such a robust flavor in a dobu! It's not so much dobu as it is pure rice sake that has not been squeezed. It goes well with rice. It is a delicious sake!

Kyoto Sake Drop Kick❾. Last but not least...I wanted to meet more different sakes🥲. Here comes the doburoku...and the drink is plain yogurt! It was so cool and refreshing and not at all the sludge that doburoku often has ✨ It was an amazing and easy to drink doburoku!

And the food was also very luxurious, with Mama-san preparing a variety of Yamagata's mountain vegetables. I know it's too late to say this, but I have never had the opportunity to walk from Nihonbashi to Tsutenkaku Tower and Imamiya Ebisu in Osaka, so I took a stroll. The top clearness is like water, coming toward you unobstructed. The cloudy part conveys the presence of the rice and follows it crisply. Heating up the sake is also unwavering. It is just as if it carries on with itself despite the changes.

I tried it, Dobu Beer 🍺🍶. It is a drink that is a 1:1 mixture of liquor and beer. Surprisingly not bad! The bitterness is nice and soft, and it's good if you're not a beer drinker. It was the type of drink that is refreshing and easy to guzzle! But I prefer it with soda water 👍. I heated it up, and it tastes better. But I prefer it with soda water. According to the information from the liquor store, the younger the age of production, the sweeter it is and the easier it is to drink. I think I'll continue to choose the ones that are a few years old 🤔.

(1) Nama Hashiro Dobu Soda Wari 😲. When I saw this on the menu I always thought it was a little too much, but when I tried it, it was delicious. LOL! I didn't like to drink it. I don't feel guilty about it at all. I love that they have it at ramen shops. It's the best!

I've always been curious about this sake. Let's try it in various ways! Open the bottle! First of all, it was served cold. It's not so good. It has a strong sake taste. Next is Dobu Soda, mixed 1:1 with soda water. It was recommended by the liquor store where I bought it, but I wondered if it was really that good. I tried it and wondered if it was really good... What! This is delicious! The soda water and alcohol match better than I expected, and it's easy to drink. I can seriously gobble it up, and I hope everyone will give it a try! Highly recommended! Next up is the heated water. The next step is to warm up the sake by mixing a little water with the sake the day before, warm it up to 60 degrees, cool it down, and drink it. The umami comes through and it's completely different from cold sake. It's amazing. But, it's also great. The Dobu soda is just too much! My wife and I killed the entire bottle! Thanks for the food!
