First of all, it was served cold. It's not so good. It has a strong sake taste.
Next is Dobu Soda, mixed 1:1 with soda water. It was recommended by the liquor store where I bought it, but I wondered if it was really that good. I tried it and wondered if it was really good... What! This is delicious! The soda water and alcohol match better than I expected, and it's easy to drink. I can seriously gobble it up, and I hope everyone will give it a try! Highly recommended!
Next up is the heated water. The next step is to warm up the sake by mixing a little water with the sake the day before, warm it up to 60 degrees, cool it down, and drink it. The umami comes through and it's completely different from cold sake. It's amazing.
But, it's also great. The Dobu soda is just too much! My wife and I killed the entire bottle! Thanks for the food!

Nama Hashimoto no Dobu, I guess it really was this Hamamatsu store that was the first of its kind. The rate of encounter in the past year is high.
It is full-bodied, yet cool and crisp.
It's the same copy as Asahi Nanchara Dry.
It's a completely different thing, though.
