I compared Sawa Masamune and Dobu, both warmed to lukewarm. The flavors are similar, but the Dobu has a more straightforward sweetness. The Sawa Masamune is a bit more expansive. Either way, the lukewarm sake is very easy to drink.

This is a very popular one.
I don't often drink nigori, but I gave it a try!
When I asked the brewer what it was like, he said it was dry, so I was hoping it would suit me better than I expected.
I drank it at 50 degrees and it was very crisp and dry.
The creaminess may be a bit light.
The rice-derived umami was straight and it went well with me too!
I'm a bit of a downer, but I drank 6 cups in a fairly deep sake cup, and my brain must have been finished, because the picture I tried to take for posting didn't even show the bottle, and I was striking out!

I popped it online and bought it~!
It is THE dry nigori sake! It has a sharp taste with the unique acidity of a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast!
It is definitely delicious even when heated! I'm sure it'll be delicious warmed up!
