This is a very popular one. I don't often drink nigori, but I gave it a try! When I asked the brewer what it was like, he said it was dry, so I was hoping it would suit me better than I expected. I drank it at 50 degrees and it was very crisp and dry. The creaminess may be a bit light. The rice-derived umami was straight and it went well with me too! I'm a bit of a downer, but I drank 6 cups in a fairly deep sake cup, and my brain must have been finished, because the picture I tried to take for posting didn't even show the bottle, and I was striking out!

🙂 I've been wanting to try a bottle of this nama yeast dobu. I popped it online and bought it~! It is THE dry nigori sake! It has a sharp taste with the unique acidity of a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast! It is definitely delicious even when heated! I'm sure it'll be delicious warmed up!

This is the first time I've tasted such a robust flavor in a dobu! It's not so much dobu as it is pure rice sake that has not been squeezed. It goes well with rice. It is a delicious sake!

Kyoto Sake Drop Kick❾. Last but not least...I wanted to meet more different sakes🥲. Here comes the doburoku...and the drink is plain yogurt! It was so cool and refreshing and not at all the sludge that doburoku often has ✨ It was an amazing and easy to drink doburoku!

I tried it, Dobu Beer 🍺🍶. It is a drink that is a 1:1 mixture of liquor and beer. Surprisingly not bad! The bitterness is nice and soft, and it's good if you're not a beer drinker. It was the type of drink that is refreshing and easy to guzzle! But I prefer it with soda water 👍. I heated it up, and it tastes better. But I prefer it with soda water. According to the information from the liquor store, the younger the age of production, the sweeter it is and the easier it is to drink. I think I'll continue to choose the ones that are a few years old 🤔.
