Just finished a Sanuki Kuraudei.
I saw the brother next to me and ordered the same muddy one again😅.
Nara Soriryu's well-known kamishioke dobu!
It's also nigori, but dry and not sweet at all!
The exact opposite of what I had just had 😆.
I drank it with ice and soda.
Merged with ice and soda, it's delicious!
It's so refreshing and refreshing, it's perfect for summer.
The guy next to me said he recommends drinking it with beer.
Dobu Beer💦.
I've never heard of it before!
Sounds delicious 😮!
This time I also had a rare beer from Okayama and Kagawa that I've been wanting to try for a long time!
Koti brewery Naked Ale from deep in the mountains of Okayama Bizen City!
This beer is fermented with natural yeast from the air, fermented in the bottle, and aged in the bottle.

Great beers!
Try them if you see them!
I was afraid of spilling the nigori sake, but I thought, "Oh yeah, I'll just drink it at the restaurant," so I ordered it. I was very drunk, but I liked it very much.
When I ordered Neapolitan to finish off the meal, I thought the waiter laughed a little, but it tasted great and went well with the sake.
Rice used: Awa Yamadanishiki/ Nipponharu
Polishing 60%/65
Specified name sake, etc. Junmai/Hiirei-shu
15% alcohol by volume
I came to Kumamoto on a business trip and was interested in this sake, so I happened to see it at a liquor store I went into, and bought it.
Sake at noon gives me a sense of immorality.
It is dry but very smooth on the palate. It is creamy and has a fresh acidity that is typical of a sake brewer's yeast yeast. The powerful spiciness coming from the back of it can be felt along with the umami. The sharpness is also excellent, and the full-bodied flavor is refreshing.
I compared Sawa Masamune and Dobu, both warmed to lukewarm. The flavors are similar, but the Dobu has a more straightforward sweetness. The Sawa Masamune is a bit more expansive. Either way, the lukewarm sake is very easy to drink.
This is a very popular one.
I don't often drink nigori, but I gave it a try!
When I asked the brewer what it was like, he said it was dry, so I was hoping it would suit me better than I expected.
I drank it at 50 degrees and it was very crisp and dry.
The creaminess may be a bit light.
The rice-derived umami was straight and it went well with me too!
I'm a bit of a downer, but I drank 6 cups in a fairly deep sake cup, and my brain must have been finished, because the picture I tried to take for posting didn't even show the bottle, and I was striking out!
Hello (****)
I like heated sake, so all the sakes are right in the middle of me!
The chirori ingredients were good and the bowls were great, so it was indeed professionally provided heated sake!
Next time!
The Nama Hashiroshi Dobu is now my number one favorite nigori sake too!
Hello Shinjo-san. I'm so glad you enjoyed the heated sake theater. I wish I could have been there 😆 Isn't the last hot and tasty dubu delicious? I got an autograph from the brewer of Kubo the other day 💕.
Good evening.
I guess you can see how good you are at heating sake.
It was so good that I wanted to buy a tin chirori!
I'm going to buy a lot of lottery tickets this summer!
I can understand why you got his autograph.
I want to thank you for making me aware of nigori too!
🙂
I've been wanting to try a bottle of this nama yeast dobu.
I popped it online and bought it~!
It is THE dry nigori sake! It has a sharp taste with the unique acidity of a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast!
It is definitely delicious even when heated! I'm sure it'll be delicious warmed up!
