After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a consolation party at the Tozawa community center and waited for the Shinkansen at Yakitori Bancho in Ueda station on the way home ♫ We will continue with sake from Ueda! We started with Shinshu Kamerei, which is in the Hall of Fame. I went to buy it again this spring straight after planting rice. The sake is still as delicious as ever, with a hint of schwarziness!
