Spring Sake Series #6.
I found it at a supermarket and bought it because it was reasonably priced.
Momogawa seems to have different brands for different tastes.
Momogawa" has a full-bodied flavor, "Nebuta" has a sharpness, and "Sugitama" has an umami flavor.
The aroma is melon-like and melon-like.
The palate has a gentle sweetness, followed by a strong umami, and finally a lingering sourness and moderate bitterness.
It is surprising to be able to drink this flavor for about 1,100 yen.
As the description says, it has a refreshing aftertaste, which makes it easy to drink.
I think it would go well with rape blossoms.
I bought it at a product show because I heard it could be drunk hot.
It tastes good hot, but the flavor is still a little off.
I personally prefer it cold.
Momogawa new rice brewed unfiltered new sake first pressing limited edition
Dry, cold is recommended
It is rich, deep, and refreshing at the same time.
Cost-effective at around 1,000 yen
Purchased at Dotka's Aomori and Iwate store with only a few bottles left!
As the tag says, it tastes refreshing when drunk chilled. I think it would go well with a meal.
I tried heating it up to human body temperature and found it to be a little harsh.
It's getting warmer, so let's drink it cold!
The wine has a strong richness with a thick sediment, but by the time you finish it, the lingering aftertaste naturally recedes and is not persistent.
It reminded me of the amazake I drank as a child.
It has been a while since I have had a Momokawa wine yeast-brewed ginjo-junmai sake.
The Snow Fantasy I just had the other day was so good that I lost the feeling I had the last time I drank it.
However, there is no doubt that it is a delicious sake.
