I forgot to mention that I had emptied three bottles of sake on New Year's Day when I drank so much!
The third bottle tasted like...I don't know...but you all know Hakkaisan! LOL!
The last of the New Year vacations is Shichiken from Yamanashi Prefecture at a family restaurant.
It has a good taste that seems to be popular with everyone!
We have been drinking a lot since New Year's Day!
The first bottle was "Momogawa Junmai Daiginjo-shu, Polishing 50%".
It is a sweet sake, but not too sweet, and has a refreshing taste. It goes well with all kinds of food.
It has a refreshing taste, a smooth texture on the tongue, and a mellow aroma that spreads from there.
The sake has won numerous awards when examined.
The brewery's official website also shows the seriousness with which they approach sake brewing.
Yamagata Prefecture Dewazakura Shuzo
Cherry Blossom Ginjo-shu
This is a relatively inexpensive sake.
It has a subtle fruity taste with a clean aftertaste. It is neither crisp nor sweet.
Personally, I honestly feel that it is a little lacking.
The first sip was clear and crisp with an impressive crisp flavor.
From the second sip onward, the brand was very easy to drink, with a mellow taste in a clean and refreshing manner.
I thought it went well with fish dishes.

It was very similar to the flavor of Otters during the period when it gained popularity!
