It has a pungent taste in the mouth and a sweet taste that spreads in the mouth.
Purchased at Noto Reconstruction Charity Event in early spring
Drinking it cold, it was very refreshing and easy to drink.
The sweetness was moderate, so it was easy to pair with other wines.

Raijin Kijin Hagiwara is the second one. Ariiso Akebono from Himi. This is a label I have never seen before. This sake is made from Shunyo from Himi and Yuyamanishiki from Toyama. It has a gorgeous aroma, as if it were a jun-dai.
