I bought this at HOKURIKU+ in Umeda.
Toyama sake follows from here🍶.
The first one is Ariiso, a local sake from Himi.
It is a light, dry sake with a hint of sweetness, but also has a mellow feeling.
Next time I have this sake, I would like to have it with seafood from Himi 🐟.
