This sake is also from Hirosaki. According to the owner, the brewery no longer produces the Jyobari brand of sake, and this is the last of the current batch. In that sense, it was a very precious drink.
The rice used is 100% "Hana-Sayaka" grown in Aomori Prefecture.
The yeast is "Hirosaki University Shirakami Yeast".
Low alcohol content (13% alcohol by volume).
