At a tasting at Hankyu Department Store. Another brand of Juppari. I heard it rarely comes to the Kansai region. It's made with natural water that comes out from underneath the Aikan Tunnel. The sweet and sour taste was impressive. It was good, but they said it was probably only available this time, so I bought the Jeopardy No. 9.

龍飛 特別純米酒 風ノ剣
華吹雪100%。初めて飲むお米です。30%OFFの値札に釣られました。四合瓶でアンダー1000円です！ふんわりと柔らか、且つ透明感のあるキレイなお酒ですね。常温（冷や）でいただいていますが、どう考えても燗向き。しかもぬる燗？

45℃→酸と旨み&上品な甘みも乗って見事に化けました。ブリとか鮭みたいな味の濃い魚のお造りと合わせたくなります。ないけど。

55℃→酸が伸びて、旨み・甘みは後退した感じ。冷蔵庫に「紅鮭しぐれ」（生の麹漬け）と「粒うに」（生の塩漬け）があったので合わせてみました。鮭はサイコー！うにはちょっと苦味を強調した感じに。

60℃→旨みが盛り返してとてもいい感じです。ほんのりした甘さと全体を引き締める酸のバランスが絶妙。ただし、燗冷ましに苦味が出てきました。
