I was told by the store to prick it with an ice pick to release the gas, but I opened the package without doing so....
But it didn't spill and it was fine.
I drank it and found it to be refreshing and tasty.
First time to drink at home
Yamama, which I liked when I drank outside before
I saw Urayama and bought it.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma
Slightly juicy.
Sweet, but the aftertaste disappears quickly.
Is it lighter than the one we drank outside?
After a day of drinking, it became wider and more to my liking.
Memorandum for myself
I was finally able to receive it: ☺️
The color is golden.
When I took a sip, it was so sweet and delicious!
I thought it looked like something,
A bean-jammed persimmon!
No need for snacks.
Since I drank it at the restaurant, I was disappointed that the bottle had been open for so long that it didn't have a shwashy feel to it.
I asked for the recommended sake and ordered it, so there was a slight sense of distrust toward the restaurant. It was my first time in the restaurant, so I guess it can't be helped.

My first Yamama.
I bought it because it was a draft sake, and when I got home I checked the label and found it was labeled "Ura-yanma".
It was a little sweet as described, but it was easy to drink with a robust flavor that didn't linger too long.
Next time, I would definitely try it from the front...
Tangy and fizzy on the tip of the tongue. It has sweetness and acidity, but it feels more like a classic sake than a modern sake.
I have the impression that it can be drunk as a mealtime sake or on its own.
