Kansai Off-line Meeting (2)
Black bouken came down, but there was no big disturbance and the party went on happily 😁.
Yamama ordered with pine midori
The label is austere and I've seen it before but it was probably my first drink 🔰.
This is juicy and delicious😍.
Matsumidori is an austere sake suitable for food sake, and this is delicious 🥰.
After all, everything tastes better when everyone is drinking together 🤣.
Meeting with TOMO 2024 ③.
This time, there were 6 members: Tomo, Bouken, Rafa, Luteltemi, Hirupeko and myself.
The smallest group since the first time.
It was nice to hear many stories from each of us 😊.
Matsumatsumidori Jungin Aki-agari
First time to drink! Umami and mellow!
Delicious with food!
I wanted to try it, so I was satisfied!
Yamama!
This is also a first time drinker! Fresh, sweet and delicious!
Very tasty ❣️
The label and the taste are so different... 😳
Kamikimoto Jungin 4seasons Autumn
Full flavor and acidity make it easy to drink.
Looking at it this way, there are a lot of sake that are good for midday meal.
I guess I wanted to try different tastes 🤔.
Good evening, Pon-chan ⭐I'm so jealous of your close meeting with your friends 💕🥰.
I'm so jealous 🙂 ✨I'm sure you'll enjoy the delicious looking sake and food ✨I think about it, many fall sake are good as a food wine! I'm in awe 😍.
Good morning, Mamio 🐥.
I can't always change seats or something to talk slowly, so a small group is nice in that respect!
I'd like to combine this page with Mamio's taste of autumn ❣️ with a shift from fruity to foody 🙂.
Pon-chan, hi 😃.
Offline meetings with a large group are fun 😊but a group of about 6 people is just right for a chat 🤗.
Midori Matsu! I saw this bottle at the liquor store the day before and was curious about it 😋I'll get it next time I see it!
Good morning, Pon. 😄
Yamama is a liquor store I used to go to,
I used to buy it with Echino Shiratori. 😋.
I used to buy this series with Orioli Rock,
I miss the big explosions. (I miss the big explosions I had with the Orioli rocks in this series.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
It's been a while since I've been without a seat change and I've grown roots 😆 It's really fun to meet offline with both large and small groups!
It was my long awaited pine midori 😁 good sake, fall flavors and 😊!
Hanapin, good morning 🐥.
I was happy to see that neither pine midori nor yamama are sold within moving distance!
I'll buy Yamama when I come across it 😆 There's one that explodes! I would love to meet that one 😁.
[From the smallest to the largest.
The power to move the mountain diesel 🎶😁😁.
Fruity apple🍏 from the moment the bottle is opened, with a winning aroma.
The mouthful is quite juicy, sweet and slightly fizzy, but it's not a lingering sweetness that lingers, but cuts through quickly 👍.
The aftertaste is spicy with a little bit of maturity, and the wine is very drinkable and surprisingly delicious 😍😍😍😍.
A bit pricey at 2,750 yen including tax, but it is a great wine that goes above and beyond the originally high hurdle, and definitely one that will be on my personal ranking for 2024 🥳.
Meeting around TOMO-san 2024⑧.
This is also Yamama, which I don't usually drink.
It was raw sake, so I drank it.
The rice is Takananishiki.
It was juicy, gassy, and extremely delicious!
I think it might be my favorite sake among the ones we drank at the first party.
Hanamup and Nanamizu were also good, but in total balance 🤔.
Lutemi asked me where she could buy Yamama. I introduced him to Takakura and Kobayashi Shoten in Konohana, but there are no other distributors in Osaka, right?
bouken, here too 😁.
I'm sure it's delicious.
I think Kobayashi Shouten might be close to me 🤔Nemuchi's information is also very helpful. I'm looking forward to going there to find out more 😊.
I had heard of Yamama, but had never had a chance to try it before, and it was one of the sakes I wanted to try when I found it.
It has a sweet fruity aroma like apple, a juicy aroma with a bit of sourness like pineapple or strawberry, and a grain aroma that is moderate without being too assertive.
It is a rich umakuchi sake with not as much sweetness as expected, but a strong umami and bitterness, with a slight astringency and sourness that cuts through in the latter half of the bottle. I felt a slight tingling and fizzy sensation. Overall, it was a cohesive, easy-drinking and delicious sake 😁.
Thank you very much!
This special junmai sake uses "Nagoriyuki," a Uruchi rice suited to the cold climate of Niigata Prefecture, as the base rice. The koji rice is "Omachi" rice polished to 55%.
The number of rice planted in Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture, has been reduced so much that it is now called "phantom rice. This special junmai sake uses such a fantastic rice from Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture, instead of "Koshiibuki," which is usually used for the kake rice, and has been stored at low temperature for about six months.
The sake is brewed with locally grown rice in Yamama, and is named "Yamama" only for the sake that is unfiltered and unfiltered, in order to realize the "ultimate taste" that the brewer, Yoshinori Takeda, seeks.
