Finally, the sake in stock.
Now I can fit it in the vegetable room only 😉.
My first Kisoji😁.
It was in the sake goody bag at the beginning of the year.
I had put it off because it was fire-aged 😅.
It's been a while since I've opened a bottle of Kisoji.
It's been a while since I've had a good one, so I opened the bottle.
It has a light taste and a sweetness that gradually comes to you.
It's a nice and mild sake.
It ran out quickly👍
Thank you very much for the sake!
From a fresh sweetness.
Fresh, refreshing acidity with a bit of astringency.
It does not have the watery taste of summer sake,
It is not watery, which is typical of summer sake, but has a nice and tight taste.
The texture is well-defined.
It has a rich and delicious rice flavor with a slight aftertaste and body.
Delicious. I like it.
Ueno Uoso
Yukawa Shuzo
Kisoji Yamae Nishiki Junmai
It is said to be the silver of the International wine challenge.
It has a slight effervescence, strong and refreshing, with a hint of rice flavor, and is very close to a ginjo.
Considering the price, it is a very good product, and if you can find it, please buy it.
Kisoji Junmai Shiboritate
The color is clear.
The aroma is reminiscent of kiwi and the mouthfeel is mellow with little bitterness in the aftertaste, making it a delicious sake 🍶.
Good morning, Orenji-san 😃.
Kisoji! I've been curious about it and would like to try it, but I've never seen it at a liquor store 🥲I'll look for a place that sells it!
Jay & Nobby.
Thanks for your comment 😊
This is the first time I bought one too.
It was actually one of the items in a goody bag called Fukubako.
I believe it is available at the Fukuhara Sake Shop in Taito Ward, Tokyo.
Nourishment ahead. Let's wait a little. Feels rough on the tongue. Stir-fried garlic sprouts and squid. The taste comes out. It is more elegant than I expected. No, I'm not sure if that's rude. Gradually, the flavor deepens, and the waist is weak. I guess that's the good thing about it. It tastes good when it's heated up!
My usual liquor store recommendation 🍶.
They know what I like, so I buy it without hesitation✨.
Sweet and tasty and certainly my favorite 💕
You can also taste the rice and it's delicious 😋.
The label on the back
From the brewery closest to the star in Japan.
I want to visit what kind of place it is 😆.
Good morning, puchi 😃.
I see you have a good relationship with the sake brewer😊I drink Kuroemon XVI, but I have yet to see Kisoji 🥲I'd love to try it 😋.
A sake brewery close to the star 🌟! I'd love to go there.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
I really appreciate that you know my usual liquor store staff and their tastes 💕.
I've never had the Kuroemon XVI, so I'd like to try that one 😆.
A friend of mine had been drinking it, so I wanted to try it and found it at a department store!
The first sip was a bit tangy, but after the second sip, I thought it was normal? Sweet? I felt it was a bit spicy at first, but after the second sip, it seemed to be normal? I wonder which one it is...? But it has a very strong sake taste. The sharpness is quite slow. The bitterness also comes slowly. It is a sake to be tasted with the tongue rather than the throat.
I think I'm going to get drunk very quickly!
