The brewer of Kuroemon XVI. Although the series is different, the taste is similar.
Due to the low milling ratio, the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt.

Sake in God's Chart
I wanted to drink it.
But by the time I record this, I don't remember anything else.
I'm disappointed that I only have the impression that I drank something I longed for, so I'm going to drink it again!
@Jubei
Sweet and tasty, slightly acidic. Umaiyami!
The bitterness gives it a nice finish.
I bought a bottle of this when I saw it at Asano Sake Brewery when they were having a Kameizumi fair.
I bought it when I saw it in the neighborhood. Delicious, delicious.
I wish I could go back to Kisokoma after 2 years....
Hi Nf bapak 🐦.
Beautiful label ✨I drank another one the other day and enjoyed it so I would like to try the summer sake too 😊I wish the Kisoji label would be distributed nationwide 🙏.
Mr. Ponchan.
Thank you very much. Yes, I have seen Kuroemon XVI from time to time, but this was my first time to see Kisoji. In addition, it's a draft sake. I had no choice but to buy it... lol
I did not have high expectations for this sake because it is a honjozo, but I was betrayed in a good way!
It is a sake that conveys the brewer's commitment!
The company's junior Osume's sake. It was my first time. It was served very cold.
The aroma is juicy like melon or grapes and sweet like vanilla, and the fermentation and grain aroma like yogurt are well-balanced and moderate. The taste has a strong impression of sweetness and umami, and the overall flavor is strong, but the acidity and a little bitterness also help to give it a clean aftertaste. It is a delicious sake with a smooth taste.
I see that this is the same brewery as Kuroemon XVI, which I often see posted on Sake-no-wa. I would like to try this one too 😁.
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Hello, Zuoton 😃.
Kisoji! I've been wanting to try it for a little while now but haven't had the chance to meet you 🥲I saw your post here and my desire to drink it again has increased 😋.
Kisoji. I don't usually buy this sake, but I like it.
It is summer and there was a delicious looking sake, so I bought it.
I drank it in a hanayaka (flower-cooled) environment.
Slight yellow color, firm viscosity, spreading aroma, slight sparks, pleasant sweetness.
It is not junmai, but it is good. Well balanced. A good-tasting yet easy-drinking, good-natured girl.
Prevents summer fatigue (lol)
Kisoji is the best. It suits my body.
