This is my first time drinking this Kisoji.
Slightly yellowish color.
It has an austere flavor and a deep, full-bodied taste that is a little different from the matured taste.
It's different from the Kisoji I often drink, and the difference from the Taisetsukei I just had is interesting!
Nagano Prefecture
Sanwari Koji Junmai Sake, Fire-brewed, unpasteurized 2020
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 16%.
Rice Hitogokochi 65%, Miyamanishiki 35
(100% Nagano rice)
It has a robust aroma like a white wine such as Niagara.
It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste and is easy to drink.
Nice to meet you.
It was sweet and had a strong acidity. I was so surprised that I had another glass.
It may not be a royalty, but I personally think I will be addicted to it.
A gift.
I've bought Kisoji every year.
This year's first Kisoji.
Sanwari Koji is very tasty. It has a rich acidity and umami, and has a good sharpness.
