I thought I wanted a robust sake for a meal, so I tried O-Roku for the first time in a while.
This is the third or fourth time I have found out that this is a member of the Yonemei Hall of Fame, but every time I think "Yonemei ". However, every time I think "Yonen-tsu ❗️".
The aroma is not like a fruit, but like smelling cooked rice and sake at the same time.
In the mouth, from the acidity and slight gassy feeling, yes, it is rice deliciousness ❗️ This rice feeling is what I like about Wang Roku. I love the full aroma like cooked rice. The bitterness in the second half and the pungency of the robust alcohol are also delicious‼️
I think it has become a little more modern than last year, with a beautiful sour-sweet base, but in this era of low alcohol at 17.5%, the rice flavor, robustness, and oleosity are irresistible 😁.
I am sure you can't go wrong with Wang Roku Jouji 😊.

Indescribable!
A powerful punch of sweetness and deliciousness dominated by acidity.
It is gentle, but at the same time it is prosperous. It is a complex taste. Pair with local Shimane sashimi.

♦ Named after the toji's name.
Fruity aroma.
It has a fruity aroma, a robust flavor, and a complex taste.
It is dry, yet sharp and sharp.
The alcohol content is high at 17.5%, but it is enough to keep you from drinking too much.
It is so dry that it is difficult to drink too many glasses.
Soft aroma.
Huh? Did Takemichi have such sweetness?
After the sweetness of the pottery, a tingling acidity chases after it with great vigor.
This, this, this!
Fuji and tin, in that order, are properly sharp, the acidity stands out, and it's delicious!
Transcribed from a record on Facebook of a drink I opened 3 years ago today.
