The owner of the sake shop told me that the son of the brewery here went to Garaidai's Tenryohai Sake Brewery for training and created this sake.
It's been a long time since I've had a sake with 18 degrees ‼️
It has a very gorgeous aroma with some acidity and is delicious at 18% alcohol by volume.
I think it could be served hot 😊.
