It was served chilled. As is typical of Kyoto sake, it is light and pleasant to drink. It is not sweet enough to be served with meat, but rather to enhance the flavor of the meal. The design is good and the texture of the handle is nice. I was in a good mood. Yes, I am going to Kyoto!

On a trip to Kanazawa. Drank at an izakaya in Kanazawa and was surprised at how good it tasted. It goes incredibly well with sashimi from the Sea of Japan. I went around to all the liquor stores in Kanazawa to get some to keep at home, but they didn't have it. We are looking for more information. No, I will have it again at an izakaya on my next trip.

On a trip to Yamanashi Niigata is famous for sake. Sake is the name of Niigata. In other words, this is the sake. I don't know. When everyone drinks it together, it's practically water in an instant.

A souvenir from my junior. It contains gold leaf. Good design. It tastes good. The drinkable size is also nice. I prefer to drink it chilled rather than at room temperature. As I was drinking a bottle, I thought that the aroma of the sake gets stronger as it gets closer to room temperature.

It's not sake. It is like a citrus cocktail. No, it's more like a citrus cocktail, but the sake is coming out...and it's delicious...at 6%, it's easy for women to drink.
