The 15th National Sake Fair 2023
My long-awaited first entry😍! The ①.
It all started with the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations.
The slogan was "Let's drink! Sake from Kanazawa, Kaga and Noto
The hometown of my friend who accompanied me, and one of the best sake breweries in the region!
Sakurada Sake Brewery, which brews Takei, was severely damaged by last month's earthquake.
The Sakurada Sake Brewery, which brews Dakei, was severely damaged by last month's earthquake, but with the support of fans nationwide
The brewery is determined to preserve the local flavor that has been loved by fans from all over the country,
He is now working hard every day to restore the brewery!
I decided to start the day with Da Kei.
The taste that impressed me the first time I encountered it on my trip to Noto
It was a more powerful and majestic daiginjo 💪💪.
Sake from the Kaga and Noto sake booths
Tetorigawa, Sogen, and Kikuhime.
At the start of the event
Conversations with the brewers were going back and forth.
but the conversation with the brewers was going on normally,
Shortly after this, the
The rage ✨💦 plummeted😵💫
Walking around, not eating anything, and just
I was naively, naively, naively
I was sweetly, sweetly 😓.
Overnight.
I'm looking back at my phone photos,
The second half of the day was almost unrecognizable.
I'll try to upload what I can manage to remember
I'll try to upload as much as I can remember 😑.

Hi Asanami 😃All you can drink for 2 hours with no snacks? That sounds tough, it's hot and humid and I'm worried about heat stroke🥵. Looking forward to your other posts 😀.

Good morning, Pon-chan!
It was my first time at a fair like this and it was a lot of fun, but I skipped too many things 😂I will learn the etiquette of the event from the beginning and come back again. In conclusion, I want to participate again next year ❗️😄

Thanks for your hard work on the sake fair 😆 It's a dangerous paradise 🤣I went to the fair last year after a sake tasting and got into a lot of trouble with my son at the restaurant we went to afterwards 🤣this year 😁👍.
