It's been a while since I've bought a jackets & cosmetics ✨.
I've never heard of this brand.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's a bit doshy.
I'm not sure if it's because it's high in alcohol content?
I drank it at my usual rate and it was hebereke😂.
Osaka Minamimorimachi (3)
The third glass is Kurumazaka Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu
A little different from the previous ones?
Firm taste?
A sense of Yamahai?
Is it the sweetness of the rice that is not fruity? There is a little sweetness, but is it more of a crisp and dry type?
The shime saba (mackerel) with black soy sauce is also delicious 😋.
I used to meet him at Kurumazaka and Fukurokuju, but it's been a while since I've seen him.
It was the only sake in the tasting that day that was soaked in alcohol.
But it is said to be a sake that goes well with fish.
It is a dry sake with a nice sharp taste!
The tome bowl was hot all the way through!
Inside the bowl was tsumire (fish ball)!

Purchased at a liquor store I found on my way home from a business trip.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, fruity sweetness, and tight acidity, and is a refreshing sake to drink chilled in a glass like a white wine.
The color of the sake is a little yellowish, or maybe it is the color of the blue glass, but when you put it in the blue glass, the inside turns green, which is very beautiful.
The taste is refreshing and very easy to drink 😋.
If it is so refreshing with 65% polished rice, it doesn't need to be cut down so much... 🍶.
