The brewery said, "We don't have the equipment to heat up the sake this time, so it's only cold, but it's also good heated.

I ordered it at room temperature at first, and when I mentioned that it would be good heated up, the guy brought it to me heated up. I should have 😅...
I drank it at room temperature and warmed up, and it has a peculiar taste but I felt sweetness when it was at room temperature, and the peculiarity was pulled out when it was heated up.
Personally, I prefer it at room temperature where the sweetness is stronger.
It has a strong peculiarity though 😅
From here on, it's heated sake time until last order 🍶.
