Purchased at Shirakikuya in Takatsuki Tomita, Osaka, it is overwhelmingly affordable at about 2,500 yen. And it's Junmai, pure sake, no need to say anything. The rice is polished to 65%, but I'm not particular about that.
I drank about 2 gou of sake after drinking 500ml of beer in this hot weather, but somehow I got intoxicated. I don't usually get that drunk, but when I looked at the alcohol content, it was a whopping 17.5. I guess it was because of this.
I like fruity sake, but this one is more for the experts. But this is more like drinking. It's firm and drinkable, but still has the goodness of nama-shu, which is also delicious. It's orikarami, but it doesn't taste like it. The price is great. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much.
Sake that claims to go well with fish. It is easy to drink. As the concept suggests, it does not interfere with food and can be served with a wide range of flavors, from strong to light, as well as with fish. Recommended.
Report on Mr. Gura's welcome party 9📝.
I did not even know there was a brand name Kurumazaka in Wakayama.
I was lured by the words "aged at room temperature for 20 years" and decided to try it 💡.
I was surprised to find out that it is not so different from Shaoxing sake with less sweetness..,
Bitter and sour.
Image Grapefruit Sour (though the taste is different)
This...feels lukewarm at refrigerator temperature.
It tastes better when chilled with ice.
But if you serve it on the rocks, it tastes familiar.
That's it, that's it. Tamagawa.
The impression I had before I made it rock is totally different. It's strange.
Firm acidity. Junmai-like aroma of rice and fruity taste of nama-zake. The impression is that it is so robust that it will not be defeated even with strong food.
Cooked rice, yogurt, muscat, lime
Nutty aroma🫘.
Smooth and slightly acidic ⚡.
The brewery recommends drinking it on the rocks...
It's refreshing on the rocks and has a nice, square mouthfeel 🎵.
It's even easier to drink on the rocks✨

Kurumazaka from Yoshimura Hideo Shoten in Wakayama.
Of course it is delicious, but I bought the jacket because it had my favorite taste.
Stable, gentle taste and freshness, with a full lingering aftertaste that quickly recedes.
A well-balanced and refreshing sake.
