Sake from Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture
Made with Yamadanishiki
Classical sake with very high purity
A very elegant sake.
Gulp it down like water!
Souvenir sake from Minamiaizu tour 🍶.
Fruity and melon-like aroma.
The umami flavor spreads from a clear first impression and is nicely accented by a hint of bitterness. Smooth and easy to drink.
Surprising for what I consider to be the taste of Fukushima sake. It has a sour taste.
Each slice of medium fatty tuna marinated in green pepper soy sauce has plenty of lingering flavor, and it's a very nice feeling to greet it with this draft sake.
The cherry blossoms were in bloom .
Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake
The aroma is a little sweet and fresh, more like azalea than a floral aroma.
Sweet on the palate, but not sticky and easy to drink.
The sweetness has a slight alcohol aftertaste.
Delicious!
Shinkansen Izakaya 😆 We bought some chikuzen-ni and spicy rape blossoms at the station and boarded the Shinkansen. My husband is beside me, eating a thin-skinned manjuu from Kashiwaya and smiling 😅.
This Suehiro is said to have won the gold medal in the main category of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" in 2024.
It has a nice aroma, a hint of sweetness, and a moderate spiciness that I like to savor. It was delicious as it was.
There are still many sake that I have never tasted before.
I would like to go back and try more!
Hi, mariage!
It looks like you enjoyed your trip to Fukushima with your family: ⤴️
Good thing you opened an izakaya on the Shinkansen 🎵.
What a great award-winning sake 😲!
I'm really looking forward to meeting new delicious sakes 😊.
Hi ma-ki-, 😃I love to buy sake when I come back from my travels 😆 There are so many I've never tried before.......and I think I like many of the sake from Fukushima too 😆.
