At Yamaneya Ryokan in Tsuchiyu Onsen.
First sake in about a month. One and a half cups of 300ml.
The taste is dry.
It is easier to drink when it is cooled down, because you can taste the rough taste when the temperature rises.
Since I couldn't finish it at the meal, I had it as a sparkling sake by mixing it with Sprite in the room.

On the way back from skiing in Fukushima on the bullet train.
It is a little dry. But it has a sweetness like Junmai Ginjo. Overall, it is a light sake.

My son and I went to a baseball open game. It's been a while since I've been to a baseball game, but it was fun to actually go!
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I had bought this a long time ago. It's fruity, not too sweet, and goes well with all kinds of food. I'll never get tired of this one.
At first, from the supernatant.
The aroma is mild.
Melon-like sweet and fruity, but the acidity from the gas gives a sharp impression.
A sweet aftertaste lingers on the palate.
Then, the cork is added.
The melon is stronger, but the balance is still well balanced.
The aftertaste is flattened.
Overall, it was a fresh and delicious sake with a pressed feel.
Perhaps it's my imagination, but my hay fever nose seems to have improved!
I enjoyed it with sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura blossoms).
At Suehiro Sake Brewery
Made with Fukushima Prefecture's Yumen no Kou sake rice
The aroma is subdued, and the sweetness is more gentle than that of Junmai.
