I've had a rough day...so I chose this one, hoping it would turn things around a bit 😊. Speaking of Yamahai, Suehiro🍶. Speaking of Suehiro, Yamahai 🍶. I don't really know what I'm talking about 😆. This is my first Suehiro❗️ When I went on my trip to Aizu, there were signs everywhere Sake by Suehiro Sake Brewery😊. The aroma is subdued! The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It is a very easy to drink sake with a nice umami flavor👍. It was a well balanced sake that would go well with a variety of meals. It was a delicious sake!

Bought this seasonal nihomshu at Suehiro brewery when visited Aizuwakamatsu. When the bottle was first opened, it tasted spicy with bitter aftertaste. After leaving it for a few days, the spiciness reduced, with a caramel taste (but not sweet), and milder bitter finish. Like wine, nihomshu needs to breathe before serious tasting.
