Yamahai Junmai! I've never had it before😳
Delicious 🫧.
But why does my head hurt after the second glass....
Thanks again for your hard work this week 🌱🌱🌱
It is meant to be served hot, but I had it cold. It is definitely suitable for hot sake, but it is also good cold because it is originally quite refreshing.

Suehiro Shuzo Kanei Kura was experimentally brewed in the early Taisho period by Kinichiro Kagi, the founder of Yamahai brewing at the end of the Meiji period (1868-1912). Suehiro's Kagei-shiki Yamahai-zukuri has been handed down since that time. It is a well-balanced Junmai Yamahai sake with a mixture of sourness and sweetness.
(From Suehiro's website)
Deliciously spicy.
No messy taste of
The bottle was opened on the last day of the Bon vacation,
It is a great sake for a body that has had too much fun.
Well, first of all, I tried to find some gourmet food in Aizu,
Well, there is not much I can cook!
Mochi is expensive this time of year,
Surume-ika (Japanese common squid) is expensive all year round.
I was staring at my phone, and I got a hit with "Roast pork cutlet served on top of rice".
I think I can make this with the ingredients I have now,
This is the first time I have used a rice cooker since I bought a new one.
I don't know what it tastes like,
Sour squid and sake go well together.
I would like to go on with the rice cooker,
But I'm going to settle down and try a little bit at a time.
Today's beer was Suntory's Premol Akaneiro Ale,
Suntory's Premoru Akaneiro Ale.
It looks a little madder when poured into a glass.
The taste is,
It was a tasty beer with a refreshing and slightly spicy taste.
I was wondering about the silver plate summer sake, so I went with this one.
Fruity with a strong ginjo aroma!
I'm not a big fan of summer sake, but it's sweet, and personally I think it's a jackpot.
I was told I wasn't drinking as much as usual, but since this is a single serving and I drank most of the sake by myself this time, I couldn't drink any more 😆.
