A friend gave me this sake as a gift. As the name says "extremely dry", it is a refreshing sake. It was very hot today, so it was easy to drink. It is delicious.
Today we tasted a total of 12 different varieties of sake, each one a little more enjoyable than the last.
We then returned to the hotel and finally drank the last of the sake we had purchased at the Suehiro Sake Brewery we visited today!
Nama-shu is best drunk fresh on site! The taste is crisp and tight. It tastes so good!
The last one is "Suehiro," an iron plate!
Slightly banana and tropical fruit aroma.
The taste is more fresh and clean than yesterday's Junmai, but the rich umami with acidity and astringency that is typical of Yamahai spreads gently in the depths, making it a great choice for Yamahai beginners ✨.
The aftertaste is also crisp, and although it is Yamahai, it is not heavy, so you can enjoy it without getting tired of drinking it!
This time, the Aizu trip and Aizu sake started and ended with "Suehiro".
Aizu is a land of peaceful memories and ancestors, no matter what time of year you come. It was "Ah, I'm glad I came to Aizu.
It has been a long time since I visited Aizu in summer!
This time, we took the Noiwa Railway route for the first time in a long time, and on the first day, we toured Mt.
And after consuming under the blazing sun and taking a breather in a hot spring, beer and sours are very effective!
In that vein, we also selected some Fukushima sake. We started with Suehiro🍶.
The aroma is subdued, but has lactic acidity and a graininess to it.
The palate has a round, moist sweetness and a deep sourness that gradually stimulates the taste buds.
However, it was also clear and not too persistent, with just the right amount of umakuchi deliciousness ✨.
I'm sure you'll love it!
Good evening, stst 😃.
I went to Aizuwakamatsu myself this summer. But I didn't have time to go to the sazae-do 😓I hope to visit next time 😄But it's a beautiful day ☀️ and the food and drinks look delicious 😋You can enjoy your trip to the fullest 🤩.
Good evening, Hiro-san!
Thanks to your post, I have been getting the Aizu fever...!
The unique structure of Sazae-do is one-of-a-kind in the world, so please visit ✨.
Watanabe Sota Hanpukai sake.
100% "Fukunohana" from Aizu is used.
It has a crisp, sweet and sour taste.
As you get used to the sweetness, the acidity rises.
The flavor on the palate is citrusy and refreshing.
A moderate astringency tightens the aftertaste, and the crispness disappears without a hitch.

Suehiro Junmai Ginjo Summer Sake
Suehiro Shuzo
A friend gave me this bottle.
The label said it had a mild aroma, but the aroma was great. The mouthfeel is sweet and the aftertaste
It has a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time.
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 14
I am on an expedition to Fukushima Prefecture to buy peaches.
When we visited Fukushima City to buy prepared food to eat at our regular hotel in Fukushima City, we purchased a 300 ml bottle of Suehiro's Junmai Ginjo standard sake that we wanted to drink 🍶.
The rice used to make it is labeled as domestic rice, and I guess it is pre-dried.
Polishing ratio is 60%.
The alcohol content is 15%.
The specifications are for a stable junmai ginjo, a regular fire-aged sake.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is mild and gentle. The aroma is light, not too sweet, with a hint of melon and pear-like fruit, and is designed to be understated so that the drinker does not get tired of it.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a light golden color that is nearly colorless and transparent, with a smooth texture.
When you take a sip, it is light and smooth, with a firm umami of rice spreading softly in the mouth, without feeling sticky or heavy.
The acidity is mild, soft, and well-balanced. Bitterness and astringency are hardly noticeable, and only serve to give the flavor profile.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
The sake is slightly dry with a sake meter of +2.5 to +3.5, but it is easy to drink with no corners.
After all, Fukushima sake is delicious.
Hi, Daddy Takel 😃.
You went to Fukushima to buy some peaches! Great activity ‼️ of course it will be accompanied by delicious Fukushima sake 🍶😅Good excursion 🚙...
Fukushima tasted a sake from Aizuwakamatsu.
It had a sweet and sour, clear taste with a smooth mouthfeel.
It was a truly delicious sake with a clear flavor.
After a long time, I went to Denbei in Yokohama. The first sake was Suehiro from Fukushima. It is a summer sake, but it is not as acidic as I expected and has a robust taste.
