Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15
The ginjo aroma is faintly wafting in the air, and when you take a sip, you can feel the mildness of the sake for a moment, but it soon reveals its crisp, dry face.

In the vicinity of Fukushima station on a business trip.
As I post this, I remember that I drank very much on 10/8.
The last sake I drank.
The aroma did not stand up that well and was not very perceptible.
Almost no sweetness, extremely dry sake.
Since I drank various delicious sakes that I felt were dry, such as Niwu, on that day, it did not leave much of an impression on me.
I found it in the sake section and it was cloudy, so I bought it on impulse and...
It was makkoli😅.
It's Suehiro Sake Brewery, so it's safe to check in 😭.
It was my first makkoli, but I don't know what makkoli tastes like to begin with, so it's hard to comment...
It was delicious with just the right amount of sourness and sweetness👍
The rice flavor is firm and smooth.
It has acidity, but it is surprisingly soft and smooth.
It goes well with strong flavored food.
Good cost performance.
Degree of liking ☆3/5
The sake flows through your mouth like water🍶.
However, when you first sip it, it is tangy on the tongue and sweet throughout the mouth!
After that, the aroma and taste quickly disappear!
If you drink it after biting into some local carpaccio, all the fat from the carpaccio will be washed away from your mouth and you will want to drink it again!
I love the cross seat cars!
I can enjoy a drink with my drink in the window, and it is a moment of bliss for me!
Good evening, Nobu Nobu 😃.
I went on a trip to Aizu with my family last GW and I missed your photos 😌 Suehiro at the train window! I haven't been on a drinking train 🚃 for a long time 🥹.
Today, I'm not drinking iron, I'm out drinking!
I'm drinking Aizu sake at a restaurant serving Aizu cuisine.
This sake, when you drink it by itself, you will feel the sweetness and taste it in your mouth.
It is a delicious sake with a slightly bitter taste on the tongue!
However, the image changes when it is paired with this Aizu cuisine!
When you drink it after a meal, how refreshing it is!
It seems to wash away the flavor of the food in your mouth, leaving only the flavor of the food.
Local sake with local food is the best luxury 😃.
Jay & Nobby, you are correct: ‼︎
It's Tsuruga, you're famous for it😳
The thickly sliced horse sashimi was delicious!
No garlic, no smell... thick horse sashimi, it was great with local sake ‼︎
I heard it was a new product and bought it at the souvenir shop at the station.
It is quite sweet, but not too sweet. The sourness can be felt when it hits the tongue, but it does not linger (personally, I would have preferred a little more). I think it is enough to finish the sweetness, so the balance is good. The astringency at the end is also good.
This line is often compared to fruit, but I felt that the sweetness of the rice was like that of amazake (sweet sake), with a moderate aroma. If I had to say something, I would say it is muscat.
It would be good to drink it with a glass of sherry or something. It is interesting and good.
