The 37th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
This is a representative brand of Tsunesuke Shiraki Shoten located in the suburbs of Gifu City.
Purchased directly from the brewery.
The brewing aroma is unique to matured sake. It is very old.
The color is amber. The taste is similar to brown sugar or caramel, with a hint of rice flavor and sweetness.
I think it is good to use it as a sauce for ice cream.
The oldest vintage sake of Daruma Masamune was produced in Showa 46 (1971) and has been aged for 54 years. 200 ml is priced at nearly 50,000 yen. The price for a 200 ml bottle is almost 50,000 yen, 20,000 to 50,000 yen in the Showa era, and 3,500 to 17,000 yen in the Heisei era.
I would like to drink some of my own sake, but I am a little hesitant.
