This time it is a zodiac label for Daruma Masamune.
This sake is a blend of old sake made in the year of the dragon (Showa 51, Showa 63, Heisei 12, and Heisei 24) and old sake made in the year of the dragon (Showa 51, Showa 63, Heisei 12, and Heisei 24).
I received the Year of the Rabbit label a while ago and was impressed by its drinkability. Thanks to Mr. Nocchi for telling us where the Year of the Dragon label was found.
The sake has a golden color.
The top aroma is of mild maturity.
First, it was served at room temperature.
The smooth mouthfeel is followed by an attack of bitterness reminiscent of Shaoxing wine, and from there a rich sweetness reminiscent of chocolate and brown sugar.
The lingering taste is short, and the lingering aroma is pleasant.
Warming it up makes the full-bodied flavor more apparent.

It was served cold and warmed. Cold sake has a lingering impression, with the strong flavor of maturity lingering for a long time. Heated sake is easier to drink and at the same time has a more robust umami flavor. Both are delicious.
They say the best way to drink it is at room temperature.
As for food pairings, they say it goes great with strong flavored food Chinese food Cheese🧀.

When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of bitterness like chocolate.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly mellow and rough, and the taste is very chocolaty.
The balance between sweet and astringent umami and mildness makes it seem that way, and it is a delicious taste that can only be described as chocolate ✨.
It has a unique old sake taste, but I think it is one of the easiest to drink!

My first impression was that it was a good quality Shaoxing wine.
It also had a nutty taste and a creamy sweetness.
This is best served cold (room temperature) or lukewarm 😍.
