This is Iyanari's Nama Hashiroshi Junmai that I bought at Hata Sake Brewery. I drank it at an izakaya before, but I drank so much I forgot what it tasted like! The aroma is fluffy but the taste is more fresh and juicy! It has a fruitiness like a cider, and I didn't feel much alcohol! We had soy milk hot pot that day 😋. Tofu is the best protein at a low price 🔥. Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Many of Kitayasu Brewing's sakes are sweet. That's why I, a dry sake lover, tend to shy away from them. But I was drawn to the name "Iyari," which means "Iyari Marsh. Iyari-ri is the Iyari Marsh. The water from Iyari-ri is used as tap water in some areas of Omachi City. The water is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. Like white wine. The disk is thick and the jamb is strong.
