It has a slightly carbonated, lactic acid aroma, a light young banana aroma, and a crisp, dry taste with the umami of rice.
It goes well with cheese and miso when served cold.
When it is heated, the umami of rice increases and it becomes more crisp and spicy,
It would go well with sweet and spicy braised chicken wings or sukiyaki.

This is Iyanari's Nama Hashiroshi Junmai that I bought at Hata Sake Brewery.
I drank it at an izakaya before, but I drank so much I forgot what it tasted like!
The aroma is fluffy but the taste is more fresh and juicy!
It has a fruitiness like a cider, and I didn't feel much alcohol!
We had soy milk hot pot that day 😋.
Tofu is the best protein at a low price 🔥.
