Ramen I had near the training location. I was worried about the unusual ingredients, salmon roe and cucumber, but they matched the tai-dashi ramen better than I expected 😊.

Salad of radish, avocado, and tomato 🥗. After wondering what to open the bottle of sake, we went with Iyari.
The specs are mellow and dry, but the sweetness and acidity mix to create a complex flavor that is at once rich and refreshing 😃.
I'm looking forward to the taste change after the second day 😋.
