I left Sakurabar and started walking towards Kyoto station again. I was told that Sakurabar was now open in two parts and would be closed within two hours of entering the bar, so I made a reservation at Honmaguro Ginjo Kurado in front of Kyoto Station until the train left for home 🥰. [I was curious about this place because Pon-chan had been there before 🤣. We ordered a set of three different sakes to compare, which included 🍶. Hoyo Iyari Kamizo I have already reviewed "Jinzo" and "Toyoyo", so this time I reviewed "Iyari", which was new to me! Iyari" is a pure rice sake with a calm aroma and a smooth taste. The aroma is calm, the mouthfeel is smooth and delicious, and the taste is immediately followed by a sourness that is typical of the yeast yeast yeast, then it finishes softly and lingers with a sourness. I have drunk a lot of Shinshu sake, but I had never heard of "Iyari". ✨️ The dish was the restaurant's recommended sashimi of tuna (tamatebako).

At Kitayasu Brewery, we enjoyed five different kinds of sake. Among them, I liked the "Iyari" pure rice sake! It has an acidity that is typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast on the palate. Then, it was complex yet spreading on the palate, The harmonious umami, bitterness, and acidity are delicious. ✨️ The lingering aroma through the nose is also full and long. I enjoyed it very much☺. There were many gourmet stalls at the event, and the food, such as grilled bandit and deer meat, which is typical of Nagano Prefecture, went very well with the sake.

Nagano sake is something I've been getting into lately 😄. Iyari, here is my first drink too. Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 15 Slightly sweet and soft, with a pleasant bitterness from the acidity. It goes well with cream cheese.

Iyari-ri, Aki-agari and horten. Aroma like yogurt. Slightly sweet and delicious. It is well chilled, which is a big help. Due to the extremely hot weather, the rice is hard and difficult to dissolve, and Kitayasu Brewery, which is particular about sweet sake, is having a hard time making it. Thank you for the delicious sake.
