It's a very nice one, at room temperature, with no peculiarities, and a dusty, gentle flavor that goes with everything.

ゆーへーNew 3 major nigori drink comparison Hirotogawa version
I wasn't aiming for this, but just happened to have all three available at the right time, so I decided to compare them ✨.
I went to Yamamoto based on information from Nemuchi and they still had a few bottles left 👀.
When I opened the bottle, it almost spewed strongly so I had to open and close it 3 times 🫙.
Strong carbonation. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness with a clean pull.
No wonder so many people are addicted to "Hirotogawa no nigori" 💡.
This was my first Hirotogawa, but if it is this good, I am curious to try the regular version.

タローThis is my first time to try Hirotogawa's special junmai.
At first, it was served cold.
The aroma is subdued and the sweetness and umami of the rice is gentle.
Then, at room temperature.
The mellowness of the rice increased and it became even easier to drink.
However, if you drink it with something, it will go in too quickly unless you are conscious of it, so I personally recommend you to savor it slowly without any accompaniments.

SAMURAIZThis is the first GW sake.
When the bottle is opened, the gas escapes with a pop, but it is not so noticeable on the palate. The mild sake quality is typical of Hirotogawa, and the bitterness of Omachi is nowhere to be found. You can enjoy the long, sweet and delicious aftertaste. As one would expect from Hirotogawa. It is easy to drink it while watching TV.
I enjoyed it with Iburi gakko cream cheese.

Sweet and sour taste on the nose.
You can feel the sweetness strongly. Juicy.
It's like a green banana. I prefer unripe ones, so it strikes me👍.
The impression is quite flashy. I think it is a little different from the image of Hirotogawa. If I was asked if I like it, I would say yes! I would answer "yes".
On the second day, I think it has become more umami and mellow. It is definitely delicious too.

Please enjoy its fullness and sharpness.
According to the brewer, this season's sake has a well-balanced quality, with a moderate sweetness and a sharp dryness, despite its hard-to-melt characteristics.
