This is the last Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori sake of the year. I will leave it until December.
In the end, I drank one bottle and three bottles of Yongo.
Hirotogawa has always had a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness, and I think it is a sake that is liked by everyone, regardless of whether you are a dry or sweet drinker. In particular, the junmai nigori sake has a very special umami flavor. It is understandable that it is popular, but if it becomes too popular, it will be difficult to obtain.

It is a special pure sake, but with a 55% rice polishing ratio, it is smooth without any cloying taste. However, the mouthfeel is sweet and a little heavy.
According to the acquaintance, it was kept outside in a cardboard box for about a month because of the refrigerator, so it may have aged well by chance...? Delicious and easy to pair with meals.
