It is a special junmai from Hirotogawa. Anyway, it is always delicious no matter what time of day it is drunk. Especially the special junmai, Hirotogawa (big emphasis). I think I have said before that this is the most central sake in the world, but if I make it the center, it might cause a lot of commotion. If you haven't had it, by all means, please do!

It's been exactly 3 weeks since I opened the package. We decided not to open a new bottle because our dog passed away today, Chico, who had been a nymphomaniac and a charmer for 15 years. Today's sake smells and tastes good, but it's something different. I guess it's because it has deteriorated over the years, but I realized that emotions can change the taste of sake. 😢
