After drinking at a corner bar, I went to a monja restaurant to fill my stomach.
I was thinking that I had had enough sake, but I found this Hirotogawa Tokujun on the menu and ordered it, regardless of whether it would go well with monja or not.
I had been curious about this sake since I saw it on Youtube, but never had a chance to try it...
Well, it arrived and I took a sip.
It's fruity, but what is it?
It is a very well-balanced sake 🍶.
I've heard people say that you can drink it all the time, and that's exactly what it is.
That said, it's not too much or not enough, nor is it too gentle.
