We had a sogapé and then we had a saké that we were curious about ✨.
I couldn't detect any aroma. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, quite clear and sweet, with a hint of sourness, but it is fresh and elegant and tasty. The overall image was light and elegant😊.
When I drank this, there was very little left in the bottle and I think some time had passed, so I knew I wanted to drink it at home✨.
The last time we had this was with a sushi set, so this time we had it with kiss tempura.

The muscat-like ginjo aroma is slightly fluffy and stimulates the desire for sake 😋.
The first sip of this sake spreads the umami of the rice, but it quickly fades away and is swallowed before there is time to savor the aftertaste 😭.
Another sip and savor while swallowing and again the umami spreads while it finishes cleanly 😳.
I was surprised to find a sake that has such a full-bodied flavor and yet it finishes so nicely 😳Soooooo good😳
I drank it while saying "yummy yummy" 🍶 because it is an amazing sake created by delicate and outstanding brewing techniques.
