I found a junmai sake from Hirotogawa, which is not found in my area, at a izakaya in Fukushima.
I think it is drier than special junmai.

Today I went to the scattering of ashes by cruiser😊It was my first experience and it changed my concept 🚗 ³₃.
Well, after the dinner was over, we went home and started the after-party ‼️ CHOICE here for the third glass!
My preconceived notion was that it was delicious 😋 and I chose 🤤.
The first attack is sweet and juicy, followed by a lingering aftertaste, and then the spiciness starts to kick in later on✋.
It is a beautiful sake and very tasty 😋.

I think this is the first time I have tasted fresh sake. It is fruity but not too sweet, so it is easy to drink.

Jay & Nobby I think Hirotogawa is a really good sake, but there are no longer any places to buy it in my neighborhood 😢 It is now a challenge to find a way to get it in the future, including measures to prevent the availability of nigori in winter 😆.
