Fresh muscat aroma. Slightly effervescent, with a pleasant bitterness on the palate, followed by a spread of sweetness and umami. It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink!

Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake Nama Yogobottle
This is the last Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori sake of the year. I will leave it until December.
In the end, I drank one bottle and three bottles of Yongo.
Hirotogawa has always had a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness, and I think it is a sake that is liked by everyone, regardless of whether you are a dry or sweet drinker. In particular, the junmai nigori sake has a very special umami flavor. It is understandable that it is popular, but if it becomes too popular, it will be difficult to obtain.
Degree of liking 10/10
It has a good amount of sweetness and a strong acidity, and is easy to drink with just the right amount of sharpness.
Yes, I like this Jungin. I like this Jungin.
However, the sweetness of the rice, perhaps due to the high degree of rice polishing, is so clean that the sweetness of the rice seems a bit sweet to me.
But it is delicious!
Obtained by purchase from an acquaintance.
It is a special pure sake, but with a 55% rice polishing ratio, it is smooth without any cloying taste. However, the mouthfeel is sweet and a little heavy.
According to the acquaintance, it was kept outside in a cardboard box for about a month because of the refrigerator, so it may have aged well by chance...? Delicious and easy to pair with meals.
I received this from a friend who shared it with me.
Delicious~!
It has a gassy feel.
Clean, fruity nose with a cemedine-like muscat flavor.
Fluffy bitterness, finishing with mild sweetness. Lingering sweetness.
It tastes similar to the Sentori Ippou I drank a long time ago.
I can't believe you're sharing such a delicious sake with us...
I don't have many friends, but the quality of friends I have is amazing.
