Dairy and Yeast August Corner Report 2📝.
Next, we decided to drink Senzuke BLUE recommended by bouken🍶.
It was a soft melon-like sweetness that flowed smoothly 🍈.
It's been a year since I've had Senzuke, but it's so consistently delicious that I thought it would be okay to buy it for drinking at home 💡.
Spring Nigorinpik 57
This is another sake I bought at the Nada brewery tour at the end of last year, the same as yesterday's Dewaka-san 😀.
I've only tasted a bit of Senzuke at a previous event, but this is the first time I've had the chance to take some home 🤣.
If you think you can buy it anytime, you will never get a chance to take it home 😅.
And since the brewery is closed on weekends, it was closed every time I passed by 😅.
I was able to buy it at the storehouse this time because it was open only during the winter season😇.
It tasted like a fruity with less sweetness...ummakuchi fruity 😀.
Actually, my family loves sweet and fruity sake and we were a big fan of Hanamup, but after comparing it with Shinshu Kamerei and Senzuke this time, I feel like Hanamup is a little lacking 😅.
I wonder if my taste buds have changed a little bit after having a variety of sakes ❓🤣.
Good evening, Yasubeyesan 😃.
We would like to try Senzuke 😋 but on the contrary we don't have a chance 🥲I sometimes want to drink Sukkiri after a long time of sweet and strong 🤔I guess it's the opposite at Yasbaye's place 🤗Our taste preferences are moving around 😅.
Hi Yasbay 😃.
Thanks for contacting me 🙇♂️ I guess you have to post locally for far away places such as travel destinations 😭.
I still don't know much about how to use sakéwa, and I didn't know how to reply to your comment earlier, so here I am 😅.
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
Senzuke Orikarami is delicious 😻It's a sake I'm thinking of drinking at home someday 😊.
I'm a Hana Yuu fan too, but I love this type too ❣️ I'm having trouble finding more and more flavors I like 😂.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Thankfully, I've been able to learn about many different types of delicious sake, so it seems that my taste buds are expanding a little bit 😀.
I hope you will have a chance to try Senzuke if you have a chance 😇.
Hello, Maa-san 🙆
I am also a beginner who has been in Sake no Wa for a year and a half, but everyone in Sake no Wa is very kind, so you should enjoy yourself while getting used to it little by little🙆.
You can reply to their posts as is 🙆⭕️😇
Hi, Pon 😀
I knew it 😀
Basically, I'm relieved to know that my husband and I and Pon-chan have similar taste preferences 😇.
Really, your tastes are expanding more and more 😇
Good morning, Yasubeyesan 🌞Senzuke-san is closed on weekends 👀I didn't know that since I was visiting between jobs 💦I still like sweet and savory, but I feel like the range of what I can drink is expanding 😋.
Good evening, Nao888 😀
It's a great location to be able to visit sake breweries in between work...I'm jealous😇!
I too was basically a sweet and fruity person, but it seems I've expanded my horizons a little bit 😇.
Sake bought in Arima Onsen🍶.
Dry and crisp sake with a slight carbonation.
Polishing ratio is 65%.
After drinking other alcohol
It is crisp and refreshing.
It is a sake that can be drunk in small sips.
Purchased at Tani Sake Shop in front of Fujiidera Station. I was caught by the words "white malted rice" lol.
I can't help it because I love white malted rice sake (﹒﹒ᴗ﹒︡).
It has a subtle aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste that only white malted rice can give. Very fruity and delicious. ❣️
You should be careful not to drink too much of it...
I received this from a senior as a retirement gift.
My wife and I enjoyed it.
I don't like sweets, but it was sweet, but not too sweet.
We both enjoyed it together.
I saw on the liquor store's Instagram that it arrived on March 21.
I was very impressed with this sake when I drank it last year.
I decided to go buy it on Saturday.
Hmmm?" If I'm going to buy it, let's go to Izumi Sake Brewery!"
It was an 8-minute walk from Hanshin Ishiyagawa Station.
I walked excitedly.
I turned right at the corner and found a cedar ball!
I thought I had arrived, but it was closed...
Gaaaahhh...
However..! Then it was time to go to the liquor store!
About 30 minutes on foot and by bus. We arrived at Senzuke Ai.
We just had it!
Very cute label!
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
It is so delicious!
Nice aroma right out of the glass.
In the mouth, you can feel a faint acidity. It has a sweet and sour and creamy impression.
It is hard to believe it is sake.
Very refreshing and fruity.
It brings back the impression of last year's sake.
It is frustrating that I cannot express it well.
It was a 100% satisfactory sake!
Thank you, Senzuke-san!
Good evening, Mr. Pekkar 😃.
We've never met 🥲 and we're very eager to try it, Mr. Sensuke 🥹 this review has made us even more eager to drink it 😍we hope to find a flavor we'll like 😍!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
Local sake is interesting, isn't it?
Here in Japan, Ona and Shinshu Kamerei are not so easy to find...
I've been curious about them!
I'd like to meet them, too!
Good morning, Pekkar 🐥.
I've been wondering about you on instagram too 😊I read your post and ahhh I want to drink it 😻
I know there were 3 different labels 🐰I'd love to see what you choose 🎶.
Hello, Pon!
Yes, it is. It's a cute little bunny label~!
Last year, it was the label that jumped up and down with a leap~!
This year, it's a "three years on a stone" label, sitting on a little rock (lol).
