It is a sweet sake with a full-bodied and robust flavor. You can fully enjoy the omachi character of this sake.
The second half was quite spicy, so I would have been happy if it had a little more sweetness 🤔.
Maybe it would have been better to drink this mixed with other sake as well as Towestone?
When I poured it into the glass at the end, the color was like a light nigori and the taste was a little different.

It is gorgeous and refreshing. It is a different type from Shibote. Fresh, sweet and juicy.
