My favorite Senzuke. This is my first time to try autumn sake.
I am looking forward to it too much!
First glass after opening the bottle.
Sorry if I'm wrong. It smells like wasanbon, which I have recently learned to love.
The first impression when you drink it is that it is full of acidity. It is not sweet.
It may go well with any dishes!
The aftertaste is crisp. It lingers for a while.
Dry Senzuke is also good!
It is delicious!

I went to the liquor store that sells Senzuke-san yesterday, but they were not there 🚙.
I was hoping to get the autumn harvest of Kochira, but alas 😩I'll look forward to the next time!

I would like to thank Mr. J&N for his appreciation of Senzuke, but that makes me nervous. It is a popular portion of the brewery without my permission (laughs).
It is not sweet and fruity, but I have a feeling it will be excellent for a meal!
