つきたてComparison of Amber Izumi and Senzuke. Next, let's try Senzuke. First, the top clear distillate. It is a little dryer than Hakuizumi. When the Ori is mixed, it becomes silky and tastes even better with a nice bitterness. I think that Amber Izumi shows its true value in the early stages and Senzuke shows its true value in the middle or later stages. Both are delicious! My favorite was the Senzuke. I finished two bottles telling my wife that they are both from the same brewery 🤣. Maybe I've been drinking too much lately 😁🍶.

ナナイ2023 Year in Review. Given by "Night Chot Stand." Senzuke" Junmai Daiginjo [Izumi Shuzo, Hyogo]. A moderate sweetness spreads on the palate along with a slight bitterness that passes through the nose. The aftertaste is soft, but the lingering aftertaste lasts for quite a long time and disappears smoothly. The feeling after drinking it is always refreshing. I wonder if this is a special type of "refreshing" type that has a lingering aftertaste. It is difficult to classify.
