The aroma is strong, as you would expect from unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
I prefer to drink it after mixing with orikashi rather than drinking only the supernatant.
The sweetness doesn't drag on, and it goes away with a little bit of astringency.
It is a good sake that is not sluggish.
Senzuke Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu from Izumi Shuzo, Hyogo Prefecture
This is a freshly squeezed new sake from the Senzuke brand. You will enjoy its gorgeous aroma and fresh flavor.
The aroma is fresh and clean with a hint of melon, melon and melon. From a slight sweetness like melon and melon, to a refreshing dryness. A gem with a clean, fresh, dry taste.

Rice used: 20% Hyogo-ken Yamada-Nishiki (Koji rice)

The mild aroma and the slight carbonation is refreshing, and it is a sake that seems to be easy to drink.
The side dish is steamed red bean paste with a little bit of pickled ginger.
Ōkiti: Smells like bananas, with a fresh rummy note
Sei Shuwa Shuwa, more like jigiri, slightly effervescent, with acidity.
TEN: Mild, polished daiginjo.
Conclusion: Refreshingly sharp like a soda, not heavy!
It's amazing that you can drink so much sake, but after 3 glasses, you might get tired of drinking it!

I went to an event called "Mikage Local Sake Festival.
Seven breweries in Mikage Township, including Kenbishi and Fukuju, opened stalls.
Arriving at the station. As I went down the stairs, an old man with a bright red face came up.

The stalls were set up in a long, straight shopping street. We had to stop at a traffic light on the way.

It's a gutsy type! It's too gutsy! I laughed when I put it in my mouth!

Swirling the glass, you can enjoy the aroma of ginjo.
The taste is not too sweet and not too dry, but just right for a medium sized cup.
The fruity flavor is as good as the rumor says. 👍️

First up was the white malted rice active nigori 😆.
I could feel the bubbly and fizzy sensation!
Even though it's nigori, it's light and has just the right amount of sweetness 😋.
