Timeline
boukenI bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu.
I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong.
The top aroma is mild but fruity.
As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it?
It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake.
A little too light for me? A little too light for me.
After a few days, the dryness settles down. boukenWas this the first release of Kinmon-Nishiki?
Purchased at Kimura Sake Shop.
Gorgeous and noble aroma. The sweetness and fragrance linger for a long time. There is a gap between the gorgeousness of the taste and label and the too-costly price.
The taste is a little bit like a flower sun shower. I think it is similar to the recent "gorgeousness" that is not too sweet.
It's a daiginjo spec sake, and I think it's one of the cheaper ones among the sake made with Kinmon-nishiki. 兎御殿bouken-san Good evening 🐰
I've never bought the W series, but the Kinmonnishiki Daiginjo is very attractive 😍 Rafa papaGood evening, bouken 😃.
I bought the W once at Kimura Sake Shop and drank it 😊it's delicious 😋I think I know what you mean when you say it's gorgeous and not too sweet 😌. boukenRabbit, good evening 🐰
Thank you for your time the other day 🙏.
Hourai here is available at Aeon and mass merchandiser liquor stores, but it's a good sake with a good price 😋.
W is a fun one because they have a variety of different rice varieties 🤗. boukenGood evening Rafa 😃
I think the W has a certain sweetness and gorgeousness in common 🤔The Yamadanishiki that Rafa-san used to drink had the biggest impact on me 😁I think it would be fun to compare the different types of rice used 😍. boukenPurchased from Kimura Sake Shop.
The aroma is calm but gorgeous. The sweetness is more subdued than expected. It has a clear taste that shows the quality of the rice and water. Every time I drink it, I think that Tamitsu is very deep. It is very difficult to make.
I'm getting more and more confused about what is Takamitsu 🤔.
The first Akaban Omachi I drank was perfect for me.
Well, I couldn't get into it at all... I think I would have preferred Kami no Ho or Dewa Sanzan...
When I drank it again, I got the impression that it was fruity and refreshingly dry. ポンちゃんHello bouken, ☀️
I was going to go check it out tomorrow and buy it if it's available 😅I've never had it before so that makes it even more of a problem 😅. Rafa papaHello bouken 😃
I drank the same one the other day 😋I liked it a lot, but you didn't like it so much 🥲I prefer a refreshing drink rather than a sweet one, so I guess it's a matter of taste 😊. kino.Hello, bouken!
I'm sorry your Omachi is not as good as you'd like it to be! I do remember that the Dewa Sanzan Daijyu I drank before was delicious 😋.
I've already got this one, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes👍. あおちゃんGood evening 🌇 I thought it was delicious 😂.
I didn't think it tasted as good as last year's fresh Omachi though. Water? I found it easy to drink.
Maybe it's because it's a small brewery, but there's too much variation in taste 😱. boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃
It's delicious but not what I expected 😅Don't worry about my review, it's Rafa's favorite so please don't worry about buying it 😊. boukenGood evening, Rafa.
I've always wondered what it was every time I drank Tamitsu before. I was wondering what was going on every time I drank Tamitsu before 😅I guess my impression of the first Tamitsu was too good and I raised the bar too high.... boukenGood evening kino.
I think the direction of the taste will be similar even if the rice used is different (or should I say the taste of the brewery?). I feel like every time I drink Tamitsu it tastes different.... Maybe I'm the only one who thinks like this 🤣. boukenAo, good evening 😃
I have no doubt that it's delicious, but it's not what I had in mind.... It's my fault for thinking it was my own idea 😅This is certainly easy to drink 😊. boukenAt Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri as well as Tamitsu.
I thought this was the first time I had seen Morpho on draft, but the liquor store owner told me that it was released on draft to commemorate winning a gold medal two years in a row at the New Sake Competition.
It doesn't have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel its gorgeousness. It is juicy with a beautiful berry-like sweet flavor.
The elegant and gentle taste is common to the hi-ire style, but the freshness is enhanced because it is a fresh sake. Rafa papaHello bouken 😃
I saw the Kimura Sake Shop's website yesterday and thought I'd like to go there 😆.
They have a good selection of sake 👍
Do you have a place to park your car⁉️
I'd like to stop by on my way back from Yamamoto in Cuse Mall😅. boukenHello Rafa papa 😀
There seems to be a coin-operated parking lot on the road in front of the restaurant. It is near Tamatsukuri station 🅿. Rafa papaThank you bouken 😃.
I'll try to visit next time I have time 😆. boukenAt Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
I was not sure whether to register at Tamatsuko or Early Spring.
Rice is Kami no Ho and Koshihikari.
It tastes like a slightly effervescent and refreshing ramune. A refreshing taste perfect for summer.
It tastes like something you would find at Takachiyo.
It won't be left in stores until summer, but... hondabouken-san, do you want to come to a remote offline meeting once in a while?
I'm not forcing it because some people don't like to be in the area, but if we have a drink together, it will be twice as tasty.
boukenhonda I might attend if there is an offline meeting in the neighborhood, but the remote is not a good camera shot... 😱 hondaRemote is... waiting for you to join us ❤️. boukenPurchased at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri
Slightly effervescent, rich sweetness and a trace of bitterness. Tropical flavor. A good sake for summer. A little different from the usual Chiebijin.
The sake shop where I bought it said it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, though it is not written on the bottle. boukenPurchased at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
Although it is not written on the bottle, the store's pop-up says it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a sake degree of +5.
The aroma is like melon and muscat. It is clean and refreshing, but in the second half of the bottle, a strong umami and melon flavor comes through.
There is sweetness, but it is a bit on the dry side. It has a greenish taste.
I think you can feel the sweetness more after the next day. boukenGood evening, a.ys.sake😃.
The sweetness seemed subdued compared to the Tamitsu's Omachi I drank before. The 🍈feeling was strong 🤗. boukenAt Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
This liquor store has recently been giving away candy when you buy sake. This time I got an Umaibo. I think it used to be Dongtoyaki.
I had already had Momoiro before, so I tried to pass it up, but the last one I had was Ihyakumangoku, and this time it was Sake Komachi with different rice, so I bought it.
This is like juice! Very sweet and sour. It's low at 8 degrees, so it will be empty in no time. あねさんAnd for a second helping? (^^) boukenAne-san, I'm having a refill, or rather a parallel drink 😅. ゆかちんQuintessential ‼️bouken 😂. boukenYucachin, you're a stone 🤣. MAJGood evening, bouken! 😄
I've been curious about Ryuki, but haven't come across it yet! 😂And, Sakekomachi unfiltered raw is a flag of good taste, isn't it! 😆 I'll look for it seriously 👍 boukenGood evening, MAJ 😃.
There are only a few stores in Kansai that I know of that carry Ryuhki 😢.... This is like a juice, so I got the manna 😅. マナチーbouken, of course the chaser is beer? マナチーThat's what I'm talking about❗️❗️ boukenManachie-san If you drink outside, chaser is either chu-hi or shochu with water, but at home it's usually water😅. boukenPurchased at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
The color is beautiful like a cherry blossom. It's sweet, but not too sweet. It has more sake feeling than the other day's Amafuri. It is low alcohol and has a gentle taste.
Oze no Yukidoke is probably my favorite sake made with peach-colored yeast. boukenIt was a shop that didn't send out any information, but now that I've started SNS, I don't have to hide it, do I? I bought it at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
They have many of my favorite brands.
Machida Shuzo, Ryuki, Sugata, Yamori, Kozaemon, Sasashu, Tamitsu, Shichibondari, Sensuke, Kiyoshi, Fukuda, Dai Shinshu, Chiebijin, Ganki, Ottersai, Kubota, Shinomine, W, Eikun, Akika, Drunken Whale, etc.
When we went to buy the Momoiro, we found this too, so we bought it. It seems that this sake was pressed by bag hanging because of the trouble of the equipment. It's smooth and clean, and although it's 60% polished, it tastes as if it's more polished than that. It's just like the label says, but it tastes like citrus.
It's made with Yamada Nishiki from Shiga Prefecture, not Hyogo. tkmtsGood evening, bouken🌙
The urgency is evident in the necklace 😄.
I'm sure you'll be able to make a great decision in a hurry ✨. boukentkmt-san good evening🌝
I was not going to buy this originally, but I was curious about the wording of the neck strap, so I brought it home. It was a good decision to buy it😁. ひっさんGood evening, bouken-san 😀.
Thank you for the information about good shops in Kansai.
It's a very interesting lineup❗️
I was surprised to find such a nice shop in Tamatsukuri 😳.
I'd love to go there! boukenGood evening 🌃
I'd like to say that I'm very happy to be here. 町田酒造35 PREMIUM純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 boukenIt's very fruity and juicy. It's very fruity and juicy. To put it simply, it's like Hanayakuyo or Takachiyo. Pineapple and ramune type. It's been a while since I've had one of these. boukenIt's lightly gassy, which I find comforting. boukenThe figure of the back label. It is a blend of Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, and the rice seems to be different depending on the year. It has a firm feeling, with a small amount of sweetness and umami. To be honest, I think I prefer the fruity and sweet taste of the regular version.
I bought it because I was attracted by the back label, but it is a little difficult to drink. boukenAnd the labels look a lot more cut and dry than they usually do. boukenI bought it for the first time in a long time. The aroma is incredibly fruity. The pineapple is felt, and it converges with the bitterness and spiciness like the Danrei dry mouth. boukenThe aftertaste is like a light dry taste, but not a light taste. boukenI think it's light for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. boukenIs it sweeter than when it was first opened? It's sweet at the beginning, and spicy and crisp in the second half. boukenIt's been a long time since I've been here. A little gassy. Not fancy, but juicy and delicious. boukenIt is the first time to drink Ryuki's nama-shu. The taste is clean and fruity. It has an atmosphere similar to Isshaku Suisei. boukenFirst time I've ever been in a liquor store, but they had a good lineup with Ryuki, W, Tamitsu, Ganki, and Yamori. boukenI wonder if I got the impression above because I drank it after a strong sake. When I drank it again, I found that it has a good balance of sweet and spicy. boukenI don't know, maybe this feeling isn't watered down. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
