I bought this once every two weeks at a liquor store near my office.
I was torn between several unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake, but I bought this one, which has the highest sake content among them.
The aroma was gorgeous, but the taste was light and dry.
It went very well with aromatic Japanese food.
It had a nice sharpness and I finished it in no time.
Yum!"
It is so good that there is an "N" in between.
This is my favorite Senzuke.
I have had this junmai ginjo at a restaurant, but I think it is best to drink it at home in a 4-ounce bottle!
I think the fizziness is different.
It is so good!
The aroma is great too!
What kind of fruitiness is this?
It is like a pear, but it is not a pear.
It tastes fruity.
But, however, it is not sweet! It is not sweet.
No, it looks sweet, but it is not sweet. I mean, it's really delicious, lol.
The aftertaste after drinking it is also awful.
The aftertaste has an aura that makes you want to drink more.
I hold back and finish after two drinks.
I go to bed with a smile on my face.
Good morning, Mr. Pekkar 😃.
Mr. Sensuke! I'd like to try it but I haven't met anyone 🥲I'm more and more eager to meet you when I see reviews like this 🥹I want to shout out the taste with a 'n' in between 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Local sake is really interesting~!
Senzuke-san is a highly recommended sake that you should definitely try!
I'm looking forward to today's "Unma! is also something I'm looking forward to seeing.
__________
Junmai Ginjo
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 16
Sake meter degree -1.0
Personal Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
The cloudy white color is due to the fact that it is an ogara-mi.
The citrusy aroma, reminiscent of mandarin oranges, is refreshing and nice.
Silky on the palate.
Fresh and juicy with a slightly strong alcohol taste, as is typical of the pure sake, giving the impression of a dry taste.
The aftertaste is slightly acidic with a pear-like flavor.
When we asked for something to finish off the meal, this was recommended.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and deliciousness, and the freshness of the freshness expands to a crisp and clean taste.
This is a good one, too.
Senzuke is a representative of Nada Gogo! The muscat-like ginjo aroma and faint gasiness are pleasant and irresistible.
You can feel the strength of the brewery that has recovered from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake!
