According to my wife, this is the first sake in a long time that has a full of "indigenous" feeling. Well, it has a sake degree of +16, and I can feel the creator's care in its mild and thick taste.
Distinctly Rice fragrance as soon as I opened the bottle.
Oh very tangy and acidic initially but has a dry finish.
Aroma of sweet and mellow sake like Yamada.
It has a mellow flavor and aroma like raisins.
It is said to be dry, but it has a robust taste.
The alcohol is tinglingly hot.
It is mellow, delicious, and spicy.
Taste 2.5/5
On the shinkansen on the way home, with mackerel sushi.
This is a classic sake. It has a strong umami flavor, and I think it would be delicious if it were heated up.
Delicious!
This is finally the last bottle ✨🎁 of the Father's Day present I got last year ✨🍶😄It took me a year after all 😅.
The aroma when you open the bottle is acidic, but the acidity is surprisingly low in the mouth, leaving a slightly bitter and refreshing sensation as it goes down your throat 🍶✨.
I drank it all cold, but I think I would have enjoyed it differently if I tried it warmed 😉 🍶.
