Souvenir sake from my trip to Osaka🍶.
I bought this sake because it is from Osaka, although I thought it was from Nara prefecture (⁉️) because of the deer package.
Slightly yellowish hue, aroma like a combination of umami and sourness, taste like sourness from a slightly sweet first impression. The sharpness is fair.
This luxurious sake is a blend of Yamada-Nishiki and Omachi, and is made using the raw yeast stock.
The acidity is well asserted in the robustness of the sake. It is delicious.

I've always wanted to try Akizuka: ❗️
I don't think it has much aroma.
It has a strong acidity which is typical of Yamahai.
It has a strong acidity like Yamahai.
The umami can be felt well.
It goes well with food.
I'd like to try other Aki-shika as well 😊.

It's a dry, grain-like, rich type.

The assortment here is mainly modern sake, except for the local ones. One of them had my favorite Aki-shika in a different flag color, so I ordered it last 🦌.
It has a light mouthfeel and a gorgeous ginjo aroma that I haven't had much of with other sakes I've had here so far ✨.

Very dry with a sense of ripeness with a slight acidity that is unique to Akizuka.
It has a sense of maturity like hiyaoroshi with a refreshing sharpness.
The ideal balance makes us think it is as good as it should be!
After this, I also had a hiyaoroshi from Amano Sake, which was also wonderful, and I felt like Osaka is not to be underestimated!
I look down on Osaka with all my heart, but perhaps because I was born in Osaka, my body is honest.

This sake is made in the town of Nose in the northern part of the city.
This one is clear and colorless. It gave the impression of a light, easy-to-drink food sake.
The wife of the next president poured it for me. It's great!
