Light acidity and accompanying umami lemon, grape-type aroma, but when the temperature rose, it was obvious banana.
Sweet, acidic, umami, and bitter.
Alcoholic, but not to the extent that it leaves the nose.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
The aftertaste is a little long.
It has a strong umami and bitterness in Koshitan, and is close to the middle of the meal.
Echigo Tsurukame is a name I've had Koshichi before, but this hiyaoroshi (hiyoroshi) was the day of the event!
We had a lot of sakes!
Master says the first round of dishes is over!
How much more can you serve?
extensive knowledge
Alcohol 15%.
Sake degree ±0
Acidity 1.5
Amino acidity 1.0
Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop
Purchased while strolling around Niigata station 💰.
I personally think that the hottest sake in Niigata right now is this Koshien series 🤔.
Many of them are low in alcohol content, but this X-Wing is a whopping 7%!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious!
As the description says, it has sweetness and acidity like muscat juice 🍇It also has a fizzy feeling almost like carbonation, so you can drink it in huge gulps 😊It's like a juice, but there are definitely elements of sake that I can't quite put into words 🌾It's a strange sake 🍶.
I imagine it is less acidic than death☆star which has a similar taste🤔.
Personally, the balance of X-Wing is more to my taste 😚 and very tasty 😋.
Thank you very much for the food 😋😋.
Good evening, chilled tomatoes 😃.
Koshitai series! It's good. ‼️ We had Junmai Daiginjyo S-trooper last year 😋.
The sweet and sour sparkling 7 degrees is a killer 🤗I'll take note 📝!
Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌇.
S-trooper is nice too! I've never had a taste of it 😅.
I think all the Koshuya are easy to drink, but the X-Wing is especially easy to drink! Please visit ☺️
This is the fifth in the series of Niigata souvenirs!
I drank it at Ponshu-kan and it really stung me!
And it's a limited edition only available at Ponshukan!
Nakadori...this is also a luxury!
The taste is light sweet and sour with a chili-like sensation!
The aftertaste is dry, so you won't get tired of drinking it!
I really hope they make this a regular item... yummy...
Or mail order it...
Echigo Tsurukame - Echigo-Tsumari Episode4.3
Rating 4.3
Rice: Miso Nishiki, Polishing ratio: 60%, Alcohol: 14%, Sake degree: ±0, Acidity: 1.6, Amino acidity: 0.8
This is a Koshizuki brand produced by Nobuyuki Yokota, the master brewer, in pursuit of the sake rice he wants to use and the taste he envisions.
This Junmai Ginjo-shu is made with Miso Nishiki rice. It has a rich sweetness with a light and refreshing sharpness that can only be achieved with low-protein rice. The elegant touch is followed by a sweet and sour fruity taste. It has a clear, fermentation-derived gasiness that can only be achieved with Nakadori.
