My wife gave me this bottle for Father's Day.
The aroma is fresh, muscat-like ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, sweetness and acidity spread softly from the gentle mouthfeel. In the mid-palate, a slight spiciness emerges, and finally it disappears without a trace.
There is no gassiness, and overall, this wine is very fruity and easy to drink.
It was like a cool white wine, a new aspect of sake.
