With salmon soaked in sake...
This sake soaked salmon is not soaked in sake, it seems to be pickled by itself!
If you share a little bit of sake in a small cup and eat the salmon soaked in sake for a while, it seems to give you a sense of togetherness and it's really delicious 😋.
The sake is also from Echigo-Tsumari and was easy to drink!

It was a nice and relaxing trip, with a locomotive watering the train for more than 3 hours!
I bought a cup of sake in the train, and it was a nice sake with no unpleasant taste!
Light acidity and accompanying umami lemon, grape-type aroma, but when the temperature rose, it was obvious banana.
Sweet, acidic, umami, and bitter.
Alcoholic, but not to the extent that it leaves the nose.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.

It has a strong umami and bitterness in Koshitan, and is close to the middle of the meal.
Echigo Tsurukame is a name I've had Koshichi before, but this hiyaoroshi (hiyoroshi) was the day of the event!

I personally think that the hottest sake in Niigata right now is this Koshien series 🤔.
Many of them are low in alcohol content, but this X-Wing is a whopping 7%!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious!
As the description says, it has sweetness and acidity like muscat juice 🍇It also has a fizzy feeling almost like carbonation, so you can drink it in huge gulps 😊It's like a juice, but there are definitely elements of sake that I can't quite put into words 🌾It's a strange sake 🍶.
I imagine it is less acidic than death☆star which has a similar taste🤔.
Personally, the balance of X-Wing is more to my taste 😚 and very tasty 😋.
