The aroma is sweet tangerine 🍊. When you drink it, it has a richness like mandarin oranges and honey, with a hint of sourness. It has a richness like a noble sake, perhaps because it has been aged for a while. But it's not too strong and has a nice sharpness to it, so it goes down smoothly. It still has a slight tangy taste even after a few days. It may be more tangy than tangy. There is a momentary burst of sweetness, but it dissipates in an instant and flows smoothly. The clarity and drinking comfort is consistent. The kasumi series with its shwashy orikara flavor was delicious, but this one, which is more on the low-alcoholic side but still has a strong flavor, was also delicious.

Hello Kotaro 😊 The richness like mandarin oranges and honey, sounds delicious 🤤I had another Echigo-Tsurukame the other day and it had a lemon🍋 feel. It's amazing how many different flavors you can get out of it: ☺️

Hi Maru, ☀️ I was reading about Maru-san's Echigo Tsurukame and thought it looked sour 😝🍋😁I wonder if the Echigo series is a modern low-alcohol type? The difference in taste is also interesting ♬ if you have a chance 🙌
