General, you did it!
As I mentioned in my profile, my standard for sake is Tasake Special Junmai Sake!
I've had fruity sake and sake with maximum sake content, but despite all the different directions in flavor, absolute harmony seems to be the most important element for me!
In that respect, the cohesiveness and umami of this sake, thank you General!
When I say cohesiveness, I do not mean that it is small in size, but rather that the boundaries are disappearing, which is transmitted from the tongue to the brain!
It is still extremely hot in the Tokai region, but the feeling of relief that this sake gives me seems to herald the beginning of autumn.
Delicious sake makes me happy!

Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir
A wine recommended by my regular landlord.
I bought this wine thinking that red wine is not good in summer, but this is good! Pinot from South Africa is pure and cute with acidity!

Ummm, it's good...
The sweetness has been removed and it's good...
On the second day after the bottle was uncorked, I drank it well chilled and found it to be to my liking!
The sweetness has become familiar with the clear flavor without any impurities and the boundary line has disappeared!
The rounded world is delicious!
After this, I took a little nap and shampooed the dog on Sunday evening...

It's a good one.
At 13.5 degrees alcohol, it is easy to drink and drinkable. It has a smooth and smooth structure, rather than an unnatural thickness with a strange sweetness.

Blue Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu
This is also delicious.
Hoity-toity and gorgeous! The sake is 10 degrees Sake from there? The firm base comes and goes quickly.
The sake is so refreshing that it makes you want another sip, whereas you would tend to get bored if it was just gorgeous.
This kind of sake is better to drink with two people than alone. You can take a sip while listening to the other person's conversation, then take your turn to talk when the aftertaste is gone, and the rhythm of conversation and sake matches.
As a result, I drank more than usual😇🍶.
